| The formulation and implementation of ’Chinese Manufacturing 2025’ strategy,has made important plans for the development of high-performance medical devices.As the primary force in China’s medical imaging manufacturing industry,D company are attempting to enter the high-end medical imaging equipment market.However,its supplier management has problems such as low efficiency of supplier selection,unstable delivery by suppliers,and product quality defects frequently.Based on the research on the theory of supplier selection and evaluation,this paper deeply analyzed the problems existing in the selection and evaluation of D company’s suppliers.The analysis found that the selection and evaluation of supplier has the problems of irrational procedure,incomplete indicator system and lack of objectivity in method.In terms of the above problems,improvement research was conducted on the selection and evaluation of company D’s suppliers,and corresponding improvement plans were proposed.Specifically,for the supplier selection process,a cross-departmental supplier selection team was established to re-organize the supplier selection procedure by establishing supplier classification,increasing supplier selection,and establishing a selection review system.For the supplier evaluation system,the supplier evaluation index was improved based on the AHP model,the secondary index was refined,the supplier evaluation index system was established,and a quantitative method for the index was proposed.For supplier evaluation method,the weight of indicators was calculated based on the comprehensive evaluation methods.In addition,the study proposed to improve the procurement organization structure,establish a supplier evaluation system,improve personnel skills,and introduce information systems to ensure the smooth implementation of the improvement plan.The improvement scheme was applied in the supplier selection and evaluation of the 1.5T magnetic resonance imaging system of D company,and well results were obtained.The application results showed that the improvement of research findings and solving the problem of supplier selection and evaluation of company D,realizes a clear and smooth implement of the supplier selection process,improves the comprehensiveness of the supplier evaluation index system and the objectivity of the evaluation method,and makes the supplier performance reach a good level.The results of this article help to further enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,promote the comprehensive promotion of supplier selection and evaluation theory in the company,and enhance the company’s ability to compete in the medical imaging market.The study provided a reference for the selection and evaluation practices for medical imaging equipment suppliers in China. |
