The global economic development is slowing down,the international political and economic situation is changing,and trade protectionism is intermittently on the rise in some countries and regions.Today,the U.S.-China trade friction continues to escalate,and the list of U.S.and Western sanctions against Russia continues to expand,ranging from politics,economy,culture and art,to one tree and one cat...In this complex political and economic environment,both China and Russia face enormous challenges.At the same time,objectively,it also provides an opportunity for China and Russia to deepen bilateral cooperation.China and Russia have more clearly realized that the two countries need to work together to overcome difficulties.China and Russia have great potential for cooperation in the field of agricultural economy and trade.The two countries have their own comparative advantages in production factors,and not only have comparative advantages in commodity structure,natural resources,agricultural technology and innovation endowment,but also have complementary advantages.In theory,there is a basis for cooperation between the two countries.The purpose of this research is to explore the countermeasures to promote the sustainable development of Sino-Russian agricultural economic and trade cooperation.The paper adopts literature research method,comparative research method and empirical analysis method to study the problems and countermeasures of the development of Sino-Russian agricultural economic and trade cooperation.The thesis expounds the theory of international division of labor,absolute advantage theory,comparative advantage theory,and factor endowment theory,laying a solid theoretical basis for the research and building the most basic research foundation.Reviewed the development process and achievements of agricultural economic and trade cooperation between China and Russia,analyzed the comparative advantages and complementarity of the agricultural economic and trade cooperation between the two countries,analyzed the problems affecting the agricultural economic and trade cooperation between the two countries,and analyzed and learned from the experience of agricultural economic and trade cooperation between the two countries Based on the results and enlightenment,countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the sustainable development of Sino-Russian agricultural economic and trade cooperation are put forward.The research on this topic not only has theoretical significance,but also has practical value.Clarifying the advantages and disadvantages of China and Russia,and finding out new directions and new growth points for agricultural economic and trade cooperation between the two countries,will help to make up for the lack of existing research on this issue,which is mostly limited to national-level analysis.In order to form more targeted suggestions,it provides a theoretical reference for the healthy development of Sino-Russian agricultural economic and trade cooperation.In practice,it has broadened the research vision of Sino-Russian agricultural economic and trade cooperation,and provided new ideas for the governments of the two countries to innovate agricultural economic and trade cooperation models,extend cooperation areas,and formulate mutually recognized trade rules.
