Study On Evaluation Of Sino-Russian Cooperation Under The Five-connective Index

As members of the BRICS countries,China and Russia play an important role in the global economic development environment.In addition,the two countries are geographically adjacent and politically stable,which lays a good foundation for the establishment of bilateral free trade area between China and Russia.As a friendly neighbour,the cooperation between the two countries in all aspects is highly complementary,and the cooperation between the two countries is deepening day by day.In recent years,Sino-Russian cooperation is facing unprecedented new situation,and the domestic and foreign cooperation environment has also undergone great changes.From the perspective of Russia,Russia's accession to the WTO has changed the overall trade environment,the Russian government's strategic development in the Far East,and the "Eastward looking" strategy advocated by Russia,which has provided new opportunities for Sino-Russian cooperation.From the perspective of China,the implementation of the policy of revitalizing the old industrial base in Northeast China and the proposal and implementation of the "the belt and road" initiative have also been consolidated.In addition,the docking of China-led "Silk Road Economic Belt" and Russia-centered "Eurasian Economic Union" is also an important opportunity for China-Russia cooperation under the new situation.At present,the cooperation between China and Russia is at a critical stage in the period of adjustment.From the perspective of five-connective,this paper uses literature review method,system analysis method and qualitative and quantitative analysis method to conduct research.Based on the theories of H-0 theory,comparative advantage,classical and neoclassical trade theory,new trade theory and other international trade related theories,customs union theory,common market theory and geo-economic theory,this paper establishes policy communication and geo-economic theory respectively.The five aspects of China Unicom cooperation,such as China Unicom,trade liberalization,financing and people's hearts,have been studied.The characteristics of Sino-Russian cooperation at various stages and stages have been analyzed,and the five-connective index evaluation system of Sino-Russian cooperation has been established.There are some shortcomings in the cooperation,such as poor communication caused by policy differences,great differences in infrastructure construction between the two countries,serious trade barriers,lack of perfect supervision mechanism for financing,and cultural differences,which have brought great obstacles to Sino-Russian cooperation.Therefore,the governments and people of China and Russia should work together to promote the in-depth development of Sino-Russian strategic partnership and infrastructure.Such as building interconnection and communication,making full use of relevant WTO rules to deal with trade barriers,establishing a sound financial service system,further strengthening cultural exchanges between the two countries,and cracking the problems existing in Sino-Russian cooperation.A Systematic and All-round Study and Evaluation of the Fonns of Sino-Russian Cooperation,which helps to enrich the theoretical basis of Sino-Russian cooperation,and provides new ideas for deepening the study of the level of Sino-Russian cooperation.Through the study of Sino-Russian cooperation,we will analyze the problems and give reasonable suggestions,which will provide references for the cooperation between the two governments and help China and Russia jointly establish a coping mechanism to cope with the harsh external environment,solve the Sino Russian cooperation problem,facilitate the economic and trade relations between the two countries,facilitate the implementation of the "the belt and road" initiative and speed up the process of economic globalization.
