Research On The Coupling Coordination Development Of Rural Tourism And Rural Revitalization In Zhangjiajie

The coupling coordination development of rural tourism and rural revitalization is an important and effective way to consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation,and promote the comprehensive revitalization of rural industries,talents,culture,ecology,and organizations.It is a major practical problems and scientific propositions that need to be resolved In the process of realizing agricultural modernization in China and improving farmers’ sense of happiness and gain.Based on the system theory and coupling coordination theory,this paper adopts standardization method,entropy method,comprehensive development index model,coupling coordination degree model,This paper takes Zhangjiajie as a case site to analyze the development level of rural tourism and rural revitalization system in Zhangjiajie.Measure and analyze the spatial and temporal dimensional characteristics of the coordinated development of rural tourism and rural revitalization.Explore the influence factors in the process of coupling coordination.the results suggest that:(1)Rural tourism in Zhangjiajie has gone through stages of budding development,disordered development,and rapid development.The spatial evolution characteristics have evolved from the "single core" of Sangzhi County in the budding period to the "one core" of Sangzhi County and Cili County during the disorderly development period.Yongding District and Wulingyuan District developed "multi-point" development,and then the three counties of "Yongding-Wulingyuan-cli" during the period of rapid development were developed around the core scenic spots.(2)The rural revitalization of Zhangjiajie has gone through the stages of slow growth,rapid development,adjustment and optimization.The spatial evolution characteristics have changed from the "decentralized" development of the districts and counties in the slow growth stage to the dual-core drive of "Yongding-Sangzhi" in the rapid development period,and then to the optimization and adjustment period."Yongding-Sangzhi" drives the city’s agglomeration development.(3)The coordinated development of rural tourism and rural revitalization in Zhangjiajie has a long history and the degree of realization is not high.Severe imbalance(2002-2004),moderate imbalance(2005-2009),mild imbalance(2010-2012),marginal imbalance(2013-2015),weak coordination(2016-2018),the primary coordination stage(2019-);spatially,Sangzhi County is leading the "one nuclear",Yongding District is making efforts to catch up,and Wulingyuan District is behind,finally realizing the overall coordinated development trend of Zhangjiajie.(4)Rural tourism has a significant effect on the coupled and coordinated development of the two research systems.Based on the comparative study of the mixed effect model and the individual effect model of the county-level panel data of the two districts and two counties from 2012 to 2019,we explored the optimal multivariate regression model of the coupling and coordination of rural tourism and rural revitalization and its influencing factors,and finally identified the factors that affect their coupled and coordinated development.The three important dimensions of coordinated urban-rural development,socio-economic development and rural tourism development,as well as various influencing factors,the order of the impact of each indicator element is: urbanization rate(-0.907)> urban-rural per capita disposable income difference(-0.826)> the ratio of output value to non-agricultural output value(0.532)>per capita GDP(0.151)>comprehensive rural tourism income(0.405)>transport network density(0.194)>tourism resource density(0.129).Based on the research above,this article proposes: scientifically develop rural tourism resources and increase the added value of agricultural industry;emphasize residents’ participation to increase residents’ income and sense of gain;integrated urban and rural development of rural tourism to promote coupled and coordinated development.Provide reference for the improvement of the coordinated development level of rural tourism and rural revitalization in Zhangjiajie and other similar areas.
