Research On The Coupling Coordination Between Rural Tourism Development And Rural Revitalization In Shiqian County, Guizhou Provinc

With the implementation and advancement of the rural revitalization strategy,Shiqian County,as one of the key poverty alleviation counties in Guizhou Province,has made the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy an important guideline for addressing local rural economic development issues.Meanwhile,rural tourism has also become one of the key areas supported by the national and local governments in the development of the tourism industry.Against the backdrop of the vigorous promotion of the rural revitalization strategy by the country and the high-quality development of Guizhou Province’s "Four News and Four Modernizations," achieving the coordinated and harmonious development of rural tourism and rural revitalization becomes a matter of practical significance.Therefore,this study aims to delve into the current status and issues of rural tourism development in Shiqian County,analyze the relationship between rural tourism and rural revitalization,and provide theoretical and practical references for formulating relevant policies to promote the development of rural tourism and rural revitalization in Shiqian County.This article takes Shiqian County in Guizhou Province as the research object.Based on theoretical analysis,it delves into the relationship between rural tourism and rural revitalization,systematically deconstructs the coupling mechanism between the two,and reveals and analyzes the coupling mechanism and relationship between them.By constructing a comprehensive evaluation index system for the coupling of rural tourism development and rural revitalization,using analytic hierarchy process and entropy method to calculate the weights of each index,and adopting the subjective-objective weighting method to determine the final comprehensive weights of each index.Secondly,by constructing models for comprehensive development level,coupling degree,and coupling coordination degree,these models are used to calculate the coupling and coordination relationship and development situation between the rural tourism system and rural revitalization system in Shiqian County.Finally,based on the empirical analysis results,targeted recommendations are proposed for the problems existing in the process of the coupled and coordinated development of rural tourism and rural revitalization in Shiqian County,taking into account the policy orientation of the national and local governments in recent years,as well as the New National No.2 Document,"Four News and Four Modernizations," and the spirit of the 13 th Party Congress of Guizhou Province.The research findings are as follows:(1)Analysis of comprehensive development level.From 2011 to 2020,the comprehensive development level and quality improvement of rural tourism development and rural revitalization system in Shiqian County showed significant progress.The comprehensive development level of the rural tourism system was lower than that of the rural revitalization system,indicating a lag in the development of the rural tourism system,which is not conducive to system coupling and coordination.(2)Analysis of coupling degree: As of 2020,the coupling degree between rural tourism development and rural revitalization in Shiqian County was 0.877,reaching a high level of coupling,which demonstrated significant development compared to the low-level coupling in 2011,indicating a significant coupling relationship between the two systems.(3)Analysis of coupling coordination degree: As of 2020,the coupling coordination degree between rural tourism development and rural revitalization in Shiqian County was 0.886,reaching a high level of coupling with a good degree of coordination,and achieving synchronous development between the two systems.Overall,the systems have achieved a relatively good state of coupling and coordination.However,the comprehensive development level of the rural tourism system is lower than that of the rural revitalization system,indicating a lag in the development of the rural tourism system,which is not conducive to system coupling and coordination.
