Research On The Influence Of Collective Intentionality On Organizational Cooperation Behavio

Intentionality is a main line in the research of contemporary philosophy of action.Philosophers start from this concept to discuss and extend the generation and rationality of behavior.Collective intentionality is the fundamental prerequisite for the existence of social facts,and many social science studies are based on the research and understanding of it.As an important manifestation of social facts,organization exists widely and universally in all aspects of social life.It is an important research topic of social science research in the rapidly developing modern and contemporary society.Social reality has no obvious structure,and we can’t explore its fundamental structure from the description of organizations from the perspective of external behavior.Therefore,the study needs to start with the theory of collective intentionality that gives organizations functions,and explore the logical structure and internal essence behind it.This paper attempts to use the theory of collective intentionality to analyze the influencing factors of organizational cooperation behavior from the essential level,which can better reveal the emergence and development of organizational cooperation behavior,promote organizational cooperation behavior and eliminate the factors that cause constraints on cooperative behavior.Organization is a cooperative system with cooperative behavior as its basic element,and it is a social fact that collective intention constructs and endows it with functions.This paper studies the influence of collective intentionality on organizational members’ cooperative intention from three aspects:background assumption,function endowments and constitutive rules,analyzes the positive and negative influence of collective intentionality on organizational cooperative behavior,and puts forward feasible ways to eliminate the restriction of collective intentionality on organizational cooperative behavior.
