The Cooperative Mechanism Research On Rural Village-level Stock-cooperation Organizations

China's rural economy has been developing continuously under the collective ownership system,and the rural collective economy has been constantly explored and practiced by the rural development needs and the country's impetus.Rural village-level stock-cooperation system is a typical form of rural collective economy to achieve the realization of the typical form,the formation of various organizations in the process of its development pattern and the cooperation mechanism in the operation process has a certain research significance.Therefore,based on the existing rural collective economic cooperation organization model and the analysis method of evolutionary game,this paper first summarizes the current cooperative organization model of collective economic cooperation in rural areas,and then elaborates,including analysis of the mechanism of cost-benefit distribution among cooperative organizations and farmers,as well as the cooperative mechanism of rural collective economic cooperation organization,including the supervision and punishment mechanism of local government entities.The main studies herein are as follows:Firstly,the specific connotation of the relevant concept of research object is firstly made clear,including the realization form of rural collective economy,rural collective economy,share cooperation and cooperative organization of rural shares,and combing and introducing the part theory involved,including the theory of property rights,theory of system change,theory of cost of transaction,theory of economic theory of agricultural economy,and the theory of entrusted agency,which is especially the important theory of evolution game theory.Secondly,sum up three different types of rural village-level stock-cooperation organization mode,respectively is farmers independent operational stock cooperation organization,community management cooperation and joint operational joint-stock cooperative organizations,reference instance analysis to different joint-stock cooperative organizations,and respectively from the participation main body itself the perspective of internal and external environment factors for different rural collective selection and elaborates the basis of the organization for economic cooperation and shares.Finally,an evolutionary game analysis model is used to study the cooperative mechanism of rural collective economic cooperation organization.On the one hand,the profit distribution mechanism between the farmers and the cooperative organizations is analyzed.On the other hand,the game relationship between the players in the game subject is elaborated.Game analysis results show that the total cost of the share cooperation,excess return,cost sharing coefficient and the proportion of income distribution,income,betrayal of earnings,punishment bounty of unilateral stock cooperative behavior changes will affect the result of evolution game,at the same time,based on the factors affecting the rural collective organization for economic cooperation and share the comparison analysis,through data simulation and example analysis to explain and prove the validity of the results,and gives the corresponding practical Suggestions and conclusions.
