Chemical pesticides have made great contributions to the food production process,but the long-term excessive use of traditional chemical pesticides has seriously affected the quality and safety of agricultural products,and the irrational use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides by farmers is still very common.In 2020,the Central Document No.1 proposed to "adhere to the word stability and ensure a bumper grain harvest in a moderately prosperous year",continue to carry out the zero growth action of chemical fertilizers and pesticides,and actively promote organic fertilizer,green prevention and control,dry farming and water saving technologies.Since 2022,Ningxia has deeply implemented the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s guidance and instructions on establishing a big food concept,developing facility agriculture,and building a diversified food supply system,and proposed the high-quality development of the "six special" industries at the 13th Party Congress of the autonomous region to optimize the green transformation of the whole industry,and cold vegetables,as one of the"six specialities",need to vigorously promote farmers to adopt green prevention and control technologies to promote the vegetable industry to improve quality and efficiency.As an effective substitute for chemical pesticides,green prevention and control technology can reduce farmers’dependence on chemical fertilizers and pesticides and effectively control the occurrence of pests and diseases,but the current situation analysis shows that Ningxia has a low popularization of green prevention and control technology in the cultivation of cold and cold vegetables,especially among individual growers,there are still many difficulties in technology adoption,and further exploration is needed.Therefore,based on the survey data of 878 vegetable farmers in the main cold vegetable producing areas of Ningxia,this paper first uses the Hcekman two-stage model to study the effects of risk appetite,contractual relationship and risk appetite in different dimensions on farmers’ green prevention and control technology adoption behavior,and incorporates risk appetite,contractual relationship and interaction between the two into the same model,and analyzes whether the two have a positive effect on farmers’ technology adoption behavior under the combined effect.Secondly,a multi-classification logistic model is constructed to analyze the influence of farmers on the adoption behavior of different types of green prevention and control technologies,and deeply analyze the degree of adoption of different sub-technologies by adopters under the combined effects of risk appetite and contractual relationship compared with farmers who have not adopted technologies.The results show that:(1)risk appetite has a positive impact on farmers’ adoption of green prevention and control technologies,and risk neutrality and risk appetite have a positive impact on technology adoption in the three dimensions of risk appetite,but risk avoidance has a negative impact on farmers’ adoption of green prevention and control technologies.(2)Contractual relationships can promote farmers’ adoption of green prevention and control technologies.(3)The combination of contractual relationship and risk appetite has a positive impact on the adoption of green prevention and control technologies by farmers.(4)The adoption of different technologies by farmers has increased to varying degrees under the combined effect of risk appetite and contractual relationships.(5)In the process of cold and cold vegetable development,there are factors such as insufficient industrial refinement and development,low awareness of green technology,weak ability to transform green technology achievements,and lack of enthusiasm for agricultural insurance participation and contract establishment,which restrict the in-depth adoption of green prevention and control technology.Based on the above conclusions,this paper promotes the upgrading of agricultural production technology and enhances farmers’ own ability to resist risks.Enhance the service role of the contract organization and establish stable cooperative relations with farmers;Guide the dynamic development of contractual relationships and promote benign interaction between risk and contract;Promote technology diffusion according to local conditions and increase the adoption of different green technologies;Continue to optimize the technology promotion mechanism,put forward policy suggestions from the perspective of promoting the adoption of green technology from multiple parties,and make efforts for the promotion and large-scale application of green prevention and control technology.
