With the frequent occurrence of food safety incidents,food quality has become the focus of people’s attention.Vegetable,as a traditional cash crop,is one of the indispensable sources of nutrition in people’s life.However,the excessive application of pesticides and fertilizers and other improper behaviors in its production process have seriously affected the quality of vegetables and threatened people’s life and health.Under the impact of the global green development wave,the advantages of green prevention and control technology are more obvious in the process of vegetable planting,and the rational use of green technology is the only way for traditional farmers to transform into new professional farmers,but also the necessary conditions for the green and stable development of China’s vegetable industry.As the largest vegetable production county in Anhui Province,Hexian vegetable industry has become one of the important pillar industries of local rural economy.Therefore,this article selects county as the study area,the vegetable farmers as the research object,according to the theory of peasant household behavior,farmers technology adoption theory,agricultural technology diffusion theory and the sustainable development theory as the instruction,analyzes the county vegetable industry development history,summarized the current situation of the development of vegetable industry,this paper discusses the application of the technology in the prevention and control of green vegetable production and benefit.Based on the survey data of 210 vegetable farmers,this paper comprehensively analyzed and discussed the influence of farmer’s individual and family characteristics,vegetable production and management characteristics,social network characteristics,organizational characteristics and marketing characteristics on technology adoption behavior.Finally,Logit model was constructed to empirically test the factors influencing the adoption of green prevention and control technologies by vegetable growers.The main conclusions are as follows: the adoption degree of green prevention and control technology by farmers is low,and the promotion degree needs to be improved.Farmers’ age,education level,family farming scale,difficulty in selling vegetables,participation in technical training,and frequency of communication with agricultural technicians and experts had a significant positive impact on the adoption of any green prevention and control technology.The empirical results of physical and biological single green prevention and control technologies showed that farmers’ participation in technical training and frequent communication with agricultural technologists and experts had a significant positive impact on the adoption of single physical and biological prevention and control technologies.Farmers’ age,farming scale and vegetable sales difficulty had a significant positive effect on biological control technology,but had no significant effect on the adoption of physical control technology.Farmers’ risk attitude only had a significant positive impact on physical prevention and control technologies,but the adoption of biological prevention and control technologies was not significantly affected.Finally,according to the research results,this paper puts forward targeted policy recommendations.
