| As mentioned in the Central Document No.1 of 2023,to promote the green development of agriculture,it is necessary to accelerate the promotion and application of agricultural input reduction and efficiency enhancement technologies. As an environment-friendly technology, green prevention and control technology will effectively reduce the amount of pesticide application as the goal while effectively controlling pests and diseases, ensuring the quality and safety of agricultural products and the safety of agricultural ecological environment, and promoting the green development of agriculture. However, from the perspective of the current promotion effect of green prevention and control technology, the number of green prevention and control technologies adopted by farmers is small, the degree of adoption is not high, and agricultural non-point source pollution is still relatively serious. Therefore, studying the driving factors of farmers’ green prevention and control technology adoption behavior has important theoretical and practical significance for the development of green agriculture.Based on this, this paper uses the survey data of 404 farmers in Shaanxi Province to carry out empirical research.Firstly, the ordered Probit model is used to explore the relationship between green certification and farmers’ adoption of green prevention and control technologies. On this basis, the intermediary role of cooperative participation in green certification and the adoption of farmers’ green prevention and control behaviors is examined, and according to the different types of services provided by cooperatives, the influence path of intermediary effect is analyzed from three perspectives: cooperative technical training, cooperative agricultural material services and cooperative quality supervision,in order to put forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the adoption of farmers’ green prevention and control technologies. The conclusion of this article is as follows:(1)The adoption of green prevention and control technologies by sample farmers was generally not high, and more than half of the farmers only adopted two green prevention and control sub-technologies.Moreover,the adoption of green prevention and control sub-technologies by different farmers varied greatly, and the most adopted green prevention and control sub-technology among the sample farmers was agricultural ecological control technology, and the category of green prevention and control sub-technology with the least use was biological control technology.(2)Green certification has a significant positive impact on farmers’ adoption of green prevention and control technologies, that is,green certification can significantly promote the adoption of green prevention and control technologies by farmers. In addition, farmers’ education level, special experience, risk attitude and planting years also significantly positively affected the adoption of green prevention and control technologies, and age was significantly negatively correlated with the adoption of green prevention and control technologies.(3)Cooperatives play an intermediary role between green certification and farmers’ adoption of green prevention and control technologies, which can promote the adoption of green prevention and control technologies by farmers. In addition, cooperative services are divided into three categories: technical training, agricultural material services and quality supervision, green certification can promote the adoption of green prevention and control technologies by farmers through agricultural material services and quality supervision provided by cooperatives, and technical training does not have a mediating effect in green certification and farmers’ adoption of green prevention and control technologies. In view of this, the following countermeasures and suggestions are proposed: first, increase the enthusiasm of farmers to participate in green certification, broaden the promotion mode of green certification, and actively play the role of new business entities such as cooperative organizations as joint farming belt farmers;Second, standardize the business environment of the green agricultural products market, ensure the high-quality and low-price market mechanism, and enhance the economic benefits of green certified farmers;Third, improve the service quality of cooperatives, enhance service capabilities, and provide organizational support for farmers to adopt green prevention and control technologies;Fourth, strengthen the quality supervision of green agricultural products, improve the green food traceability system, standardize the production behavior of farmers, promote the adoption of green production technologies by farmers, and promote the green development of agriculture. |
