Abstract/Summary:
With the acceleration of global economic integration,the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.How to attract,retain and motivate talents has become an important issue faced by many enterprises,and compensation,as one of the important means to attract and retain talents,has become a crucial link in human resource management.Salary management is no longer just to provide a basic life guarantee for employees,but to provide a platform for employees to realize their own value and create wealth for the enterprise through scientific and effective management of salary.While the reform of state-owned enterprises is in full swing,M Company,as a large state-owned company in the coal coking industry,also faces many problems in the reform of compensation.In order to keep up with the pace of The Times,seize the development opportunity,strengthen their core competitiveness,effectively improve the work efficiency and enthusiasm of employees,it is necessary to constantly explore and optimize the salary management Taking M Company as the research object,this paper conducts a specific analysis of the company’s existing compensation management problems from the aspects of compensation system,fairness of compensation management,incentive of compensation management and compensation structure through actual interviews and questionnaires,literature review and relevant theoretical research.The objective of this study is to enable enterprises to better meet their needs for development in the industry while adapting to market changes,improve their core competitiveness,achieve more work,less work and less gain,stimulate employees’ innovation ability and competitiveness,and make salary management more scientific and rational,aiming at exploring feasible medium-and long-term incentives.To provide reference and reference for state-owned enterprises and other similar companies to optimize the compensation management.
