With the high attention paid to the project supervision by the state and the gradually improved supervision policy,the number of supervision enterprises has increased year by year,and the competition among enterprises has become increasingly fierce.How to recruit excellent employees that meet the requirements of the enterprise has become the main problem faced by the supervision company at this stage.Among the numerous modules of human resource management,recruitment is the most critical prerequisite.Its effectiveness directly determines the overall quality of the organization’s human resources.Like other small and medium-sized supervision enterprises,the development of X Engineering Supervision Consulting Company also depends on talents.Especially in recent years,the company’s business has developed rapidly,the demand for enterprise personnel is increasing,and the lack of professional supervision talents restricts the development of the enterprise.This paper takes X project supervision consulting company as the research goal,and takes "recruitment effectiveness" as the starting point to write the paper.The paper is mainly composed of the following parts: First,the article introduces the background and significance of the topic,briefly describes the relevant concepts of recruitment,and reads the literature and research results related to the effectiveness of recruitment at this stage.The content,method and framework of the study are determined;Secondly,it analyzes the human resource allocation and organizational structure of the company,and expounds the current situation of the company’s recruitment.On this basis,combined with the existing research results and theories,select the factors affecting the effectiveness,design the questionnaire based on the construction of the evaluation content of the company’s recruitment effectiveness,and conduct the effectiveness survey and analysis of the company’s recruitment status quo from the four aspects of recruitment decision-making,recruitment cost,recruitment efficiency,and recruitment quality as the evaluation dimensions,combined with interviews,Summarize the problems existing in the existing recruitment of X Engineering Supervision Consulting Company and the main reasons for the problems,and prepare sufficient data and basis support for the next improvement plan;Finally,optimization measures are proposed to improve the effectiveness of recruitment.For the problems in the company recruitment summarized in the previous part,combined with relevant theoretical methods,propose improvement countermeasures and suggestions.By improving the existing problems of the company,the recruitment work can better play its role,which,to a certain extent,helps solve the existing recruitment problems.Through the writing of this article,we hope to help X Engineering Supervision Consulting Company to recruit efficiently and improve its competitive advantage.The research object of this paper is representative in this industry.Through the research on it,I hope it can help similar small and medium-sized enterprises evaluate and self check the effectiveness of recruitment,promote the relevant staff of enterprises to improve recruitment,make the recruitment work of the company more efficient,and promote the long-term development of enterprises.
