Recruitment is a crucial in human resource management. It plays a decisive role in the development of enterprises. Thus, proposing a solution based the analysis and diagnosis of the company is meaningful.In the beginning , introducing the background, the purpose and the significance of the study, so as the content and the method of the stud briefly. Secondly, based the theoretical research of recruitment, discussed the concept of recruitment, the general recruitment process and the factors affecting recruitment. Thirdly, introducing the cable industry and the angel company briefly, analyzing the company's human resources management and the recruitment status, and finding out the existing problems and shortcomings of recruitment. Finally, proposing suggestions so as to solve problems and improve recruitment effectiveness.This paper based on the theory of the management of human resources, collecting corresponding information and data in order to analyze the existing problems in the recruitment of the angel company and propose recruitment recommendations for improvement in accordance with the company status. This research aims to decrease shortcomings of recruitment, and to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment.
