Research On The Impact Of Digital Economy On Rural Modernization Development In Shandong Province

The report of the 19 th CPC National Congress for the first time put agriculture and rural modernization together,and the 14 th Five-Year Plan clearly stated to promote the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,which indirectly reflects that rural modernization will become an important link in the revitalization of rural areas and solving the problems of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers".It is also a key step in the realization of national modernization,and is the meaning of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.However,at present,rural modernization in Shandong Province is still limited by the large income gap between urban and rural residents and scattered rural governance and other problems,and the driving force of rural modernization reform needs to be realized.Since 2017,Shandong Province has vigorously advocated digital economy.After five years of development,digital economy has become an important engine to promote the economic development of Shandong Province,and also ushered in new opportunities for the modernization development of rural Shandong Province.Digital economy can provide new ideas for the modernization development of rural areas in three aspects: digital infrastructure,digital industrialization and industrial digitalization.To sum up,this thesis selects relevant indicators and constructs Eviews time series model to study the impact of digital economy on the rural modernization development of Shandong Province,and provides referential countermeasures and suggestions for the digital economy to empower the rural modernization development of Shandong Province.This thesis consists of seven parts.Firstly,it expounds the historical background and research significance of the topic,reviews the domestic and foreign research results on digital economy and rural modernization as well as the impact of digital economy on the development of rural modernization,points out the innovation points and shortcomings of this research,and then summarizes the related concepts and theories of digital economy and rural modernization.This thesis summarizes the development course and foundation of digital economy in Shandong Province,and then introduces the development status of rural modernization in Shandong Province,including the development course and comprehensive level.At the same time,the theoretical analysis of influence,including advantages,direct influence and indirect influence three aspects.In addition,the typical index data of Shandong Province in recent 11 years(2011-2021)are selected as explanatory variables and explained variables,and the digital inclusive finance index of Peking University is cited to conduct an empirical analysis on the impact of digital economy on the rural modernization process of Shandong Province.The results show that the digital economy of Shandong Province has a significant positive effect on the rural modernization development process.Finally,this thesis discusses the difficulties faced by the digital economy in promoting rural modernization in Shandong Province,and on this basis,combined with the situation of Shandong Province,puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions,including realizing the integrated development of digital economy and rural industry,strengthening the positive external effect of rural digital innovation,and improving the "basic hard power" and "high-level soft power" of rural digital economy.
