E-commerce has become an important driving force for the development of my country’s economic development. After more than 20 years of development,my country’s e-commerce has developed to a very mature stage, but it is facing the reality of the domestic e-commerce market’s increasingly competitive competition, the decreased corporate profit space, the single rural e-commerce development, and the relatively lagging international market development.Sexual issues.General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed at the seventh meeting of the Central Finance and Economics Commission that it is necessary to accelerate the construction of a new development pattern with the development of large domestic cycles and the mutual promotion of domestic and international dual cycles, bringing new opportunities for the transformation and development of e-commerce.Surgery and other emergencies such as the new crown epidemic and the Russian and Uchians have led to a significant increase in global energy and commodities. The inflation of inflation in Western countries has hindered the transformation and development of my country’s e-commerce.Therefore,studying the cross-border transformation of e-commerce in my country in the context of the dual-cycle is of great significance to the high-quality and sustainable development of my country’s e-commerce industry.First of all, through the inspection of relevant literature and the combing of related theories, combined with the development of my country’s e-commerce development and the current status of the political environment, economic environment, social environment, and technical factors, the existence of the transformation and development of e-commerce in my country at this stage is obtained. The question, such as:fierce competition in the domestic ecommerce market,a single rural e-commerce development, unstable international logistics supply chain under the epidemic, the shortage of sanctions on my country’s high-tech products, the shortage of cross-border e-commerce professionals, and the strict supervision of live broadcast and cargo Cross-border payment safety is difficult to guarantee.Besides, through empirical analysis methods, combined with the current status and existing problems of the transformation and development of e-commerce in my country, analyze the factors that affect the cross-border transformation of e-commerce in my country and build an influencing factors indicator system. The study of the test, screening the factors that may have significant impact effects, and obtained a conclusion that human resources,cross-border logistics, trade needs, and cross-border payment security will have a significant positive impact on the transformation of e-commerce cross-border transformation.Among them, the number of employees in the e-commerce industry has the highest impact on the scale of cross-border transactions in my country’s e-commerce.Finally,combined with the analysis of the empirical results, from the four perspectives of human resources,cross-border logistics, trade needs, and cross-border payment security,it proposed to promote the transformation and development of the e-commerce industry in the background of the dual cycle, and increase the transaction scale of my country’s cross-border e-commerce industry. To promote the high-quality development of the economy,we must implement the new development requirements for the e-commerce industry in the context of dual-cycle,cultivate high-quality professional talents of cross-border e-commerce,accelerate the development process of the cross-border logistics industry, ensure that cross-border payment security,Optimize the introduction of foreign capital structures, transform economic development methods, and promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.
