With the rapid development of economic globalization and information technology,e-commerce is flourishing on a global scale and occupies an increasingly important position in the economic development of all countries.Cross-border e-commerce as an important branch of e-commerce,is becoming the main force of foreign trade.The development momentum of our country's cross-border electric business is increasing strongly,more and more industries complete the business through cross-border electricity business.And because of its convenient,fast and other characteristics,the food industry in the development of cross-border electricity show a rapid trend with the catalytic role.This paper takes Z food company as the research object,analyzes and studies the problems in the development of cross-border electrician business,and puts forward practical and theoretical basis for these problems,and provides reference for the development of cross-border electricity business.Firstly,this paper summarizes the theory of cross-border electricity business,elaborate China 's cross-border e-commerce concept,classification,characteristics,industrial chain and the main business model.Scondly,from the exporting countries,the geographical distribution of enterprises and the types of goods,this paper analyzes the present situation,the advantages and development trends of China's cross-border e-commerce.Thirdly,this paper briefly introduces the organization structure of Z food company,illustrates the positive impact of the cross-border electricity supplier of Z food company.Cross-border e-commerce development of cross-border electricity supplier awareness is not strong,infrastructure is not solid enough,lack of competitiveness of products,the degree of the network is low,lack of core competitiveness of enterprises and the development of the logistics industry are obtained by interview and questionnaire to Z food company problems in cross-border E-commerce.Finally,this paper proposes the issues to promote Z food company cross-border electricity business development strategy from the enterprise managers to enhance cross-border electric business awareness,strengthen enterprise infrastructure,enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises products,building the network platform,enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises,Improving the construction of supporting service facilities.
