| In recent years, with the improvement of national consumption level, new requirements have been put forward for the supply capacity of agricultural products and the quality and safety of agricultural products. The extension of industrial chain is the development direction facing the industrialization of agricultural products. The extension of industrial chain can effectively utilize the whole value of agricultural products.Apple industry is one of the characteristic agriculture in Yunnan Province.Zhaotong production area is the main apple planting area in Yunnan Province.Through literature search,it is found that the current academic research on the apple industry only stays in the aspects of economic benefits or agricultural technology, and the academic research on the comprehensive benefits of the entire apple industry is almost in a state of absence.Based on the above background, this paper takes Yongfeng Town,Zhaoyang City,Yunnan Province as the research object, and empirically analyzes the production and management status of apple industry in Zhaotong region from three perspectives of economy, society and ecology. The input-output method, carbon footprint method, matter element model analysis method, analytic hierarchy process and other methods were used to find out the best model for the development of apple industry of small farmers, large farmers, cooperatives and companies in Zhaotong, and put forward corresponding solutions. The empirical results of this paper are as follows:(Ⅰ)Based on the economic benefit perspective, the input-output method was adopted to evaluate the pricing level of different apple planting operation subjects. The results showed that the pricing level of small farmers was 39.34%;The pricing level of large farmers was 60.02%;The the pricing level of cooperatives is 56.39%;And the pricing level of large farmers was 60.93%.(Ⅱ)Based on the ecological benefit perspective, the carbon footprint method was used to evaluate the carbon emissions of different apple planting and operation subjects. The results showed that the carbon emissions of small farmers produced for each 1kg of fresh apples was 0.01367 kg Ce;The carbon emissions produced by large farmers per 1kg of fresh apples was 0.0160 kg Ce;The carbon emission of each1 kg of fresh apples produced by cooperatives is 0.0146 kg Ce;Each 1kg of fresh apples produced by the company produces carbon emissions of 0.0147 kg Ce.(Ⅲ)Based on the social benefit perspective,matter-element model analysis was used to evaluate the European proximity of different apple planting business subjects. The results showed that the European proximity of small farmers was 0.4726;The European-style proximity degree of large farmers is 0.6473;The Euclidean closeness of the cooperative was 0.6996;The company’s European proximity is 0.8315.(Ⅳ)Based on the comprehensive benefit perspective, the comprehensive benefit index of different apple planting operation subjects was evaluateby AHP.The results showed that the comprehensive benefit index of small farmers was 2.2158;The comprehensive benefit index of large farmers is 2.3555;The comprehensive benefit index of cooperatives is 2.5485;The comprehensive benefit index of the company is 2.5392.Based on the above empirical results, this paper suggests that small farmers acti vely transfer idle land and strive for transfer employment.Large farmers combined wi th local agricultural characteristics to explore new apple sales mode, extend the prod uction chain, and strive for the in-depth development of apple industry;Cooperatives to improve the level of emergency support, the establishment of apple industry com pensation mechanism; The company will enhance the ability of scientific and technol ogical innovation and improve the level of deep processing infrastructure;Governme nt departments strengthen the supervision of each production subject, build a tracea bility system,to ensure the quality and safety of Apple’s whole industrial chain. |
