Research On The Development Path Of Agate Red Cherry Industry In Nayong Count

The 20 th National Congress of the CPC proposed to comprehensively promote rural revitalization,we should give priority to the development of agriculture and rural areas and consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation.To implement the strategy of rural revitalization,the first task is to give priority to the development of rural agriculture,with farmers as the main body,and realize the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside.In the long and arduous history of poverty alleviation,Nayong County has made remarkable achievements by focusing on the development of characteristic and advantageous agriculture,constantly reforming and improving relevant policies for industrial poverty alleviation,actively exploring industrial development paths to drive farmers to participate in and become rich.At present,the agate red cherry industry in Nayong County is at the stage of transformation and upgrading towards the direction of improving quality and efficiency and high-quality development.Under the background of rural revitalization,how the agate red cherry industry should break through the existing restrictions and bottlenecks,and maximize its industrial advantages to achieve the sustainable development of industrial modernization has become the focus of scholars in the industry.Based on the in-depth analysis of the development process of the agate red cherry industry in Nayong County,this paper will conduct a SWOT strategic selection analysis of the agate red cherry industry from the perspective of practitioners in combination with its current situation,so as to explore the sustainable development path of the agate red cherry industry in the context of rural revitalization.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Through in-depth analysis of the development process and current situation of the agate red cherry industry in Nayong County,it is found that the practitioners have played an important role in the process of industrial development.At present,the agate red cherry has begun to take shape and can develop steadily,but it is still difficult to mention the continuous development of improving quality and efficiency in the context of rural revitalization;(2)Based on the SWOT analysis of the agate red cherry industry in Nayong County from the perspective of practitioners,the strengths and weaknesses of the agate red cherry industry in Nayong County as well as the opportunities and threats of external existence were extracted.Advantages include: advantages in natural geographical conditions,cherry varieties,solid industrial foundation,high attention of local government,and large-scale planting;Disadvantages include: limited land resources,difficult to expand planting area,short extension of industrial chain,insufficient deep processing of products,imperfect storage facilities,short shelf life of fresh fruits,seasonal restrictions on industry,and lack of modern guidance;Opportunities include: further optimization of infrastructure,superior policy environment,the rise of tourism,the development of Internet e-commerce channels,and the increase of market demand;Threats include fierce market competition,improved product quality requirements,natural climate risks,and the exit of poverty alleviation policies(3)Combined with SWOT analysis,the SWOT analysis matrix analysis is constructed,and it is concluded that the sustainable development of the agate red cherry industry in Nayong County should choose the SO strategy,namely the gradient promotion strategy.According to the strategic development objectives,the sustainable development path of the agate red cherry industry in Nayong County should be promoted from the following six aspects: strengthening the government’s public service function,cultivating and supporting new agricultural operators,extending the cherry industry chain,developing human resources,developing network marketing,and promoting the construction of leisure agriculture and rural tourism.
