The slowdown of economic development,the advancement of banking reform and the increase of work rhythm make long-term overtime and high-pressure work of bank employees become a normal state,and it is difficult for employees to take into account their families.It is impossible to meet the needs of both work and family areas at the same time,which leads to work-family conflict.How to alleviate this conflict is a hot issue in management practice.Employees' job performance has always been a key issue in enterprise management research.So,what impact does work-family conflict have on bank employees' job performance? This paper will focus on the impact of family conflict on job performance.Family-supported supervisory behavior is a new research direction in recent years.Family-supported supervisory behavior refers to the behavior that supervisors show to help employees balance work-family relationship,and it has played a huge advantage in the balance of employees' work and family.This paper will study from the perspective of supervisor.This paper establishes a model of the impact of work-family conflict on job performance with family support supervisor behavior as a moderator variable.Through empirical research,this paper draws the conclusions: the perception of work family conflict is different among different statistical variables,including gender,age,marital status and the number of children in the family.The perceived work family conflict is different.Second,work family conflict is negatively correlated with job performance;time conflict,stress conflict and behavior conflict are negatively correlated with job performance.Thirdly,the negative effect of stress conflict on job performance is stronger than that of time conflict and behavior conflict.Fourthly,the negative impact of family support supervisory behavior on work family conflict and work performance weakens the moderating effect,and the effect of different dimensions of support behavior is different.Finally,this paper gives some suggestions on business management from two aspects: reducing work family conflict and promoting family support supervisory behavior.
