| The 14th Five-Year Plan points out that improving the efficiency of digital government services can play a greater role in natural disasters and other emergencies.In recent years,with the support and guidance of our country,the application of remote sensing satellite technology in economic society,industry and daily life has been expanding,the development and research of civil remote sensing satellite system has achieved certain development goals,and the field of commercial remote sensing is ready to go.Based on the competitive strategy theory,this paper summarizes the development of TEK Company from the aspects of management concept,management team,management system and management method,and sorts out the Company’s current competitive strategy.Then,the Political,Economical,Social and Technological(PEST)analysis method is used to analyze the political,economic,social and technological environment of TEK Company.Finally,the Strengths,Weaknesses,Opportunities and Threats(SWOT)analysis method is used to analyze the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of TEK Company in the development process.Allied Health Professional(AHP)method is used to quantify the results of SWOT analysis,and finally the competitive strategy suitable for TEK Company’s development is selected.Through the analysis of this study,first of all,the differentiation strategy of TEK Company is the best in the enterprise competition strategy.Secondly,in the process of the study of TEK Company’s competitive strategy,it is necessary to analyze the external and internal environment,identify the internal strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats,etc.Based on the SWOT analysis,the quantitative analysis of each factor is helpful to improve the scientificalness and reliability of the strategic choice.For the purpose of sustainable development,TEK Company shall actively adopt differentiation strategy,making full use of its own advantages to compensate for its disadvantages,so as to promote its competitiveness in the industry,and accelerate the development strategy process of satellite remote sensing enterprises.Thirdly,the formulation of the development strategy of an enterprise needs to adapt to local conditions.Porter puts forward the cost,differentiation and concentration strategies,which are not suitable for all enterprises.Therefore,in the process of competitive strategy choice,the enterprise needs to fully consider its own situation,choose the best competitive strategy,and get twice the result with half the effort.The purpose of this study is to promote the competitiveness of TEK Company in the satellite remote sensing industry by combining the competitive strategy with the actual operation situation of TEK Company through the analysis of the internal and external environment of TEK Company.The implementation of its competitive strategy can play a positive role in promoting the development of TEK Company and the same industry,and provides ideas for the comprehensive development of satellite remote sensing enterprises in the future. |
