| As an important basic industry related to China’s economic lifeline and energy security.mining industry should further enhance the core competitiveness of mining enterprises based on the essence,accelerate the vigorous development of domestic mining industry towards the goal of safety,efficiency,economy,green and sustainable,so as to occupy a dominant position in the increasingly fierce market competition environment.With the development of infrastructure construction,the sales of domestic mining enterprises have gradually embarked on the road of standardized and large-scale development.After decades of development,China’s local mining machinery has grown from scratch,from small to large.The level of equipment has met the basic needs of mining.A large number of domestic mining enterprises are constantly rising,promoting the development of the industry and more effectively reshaping the pattern of the global mining machinery industry.In this paper,M Company,a German company founded in the first half of the 19th century,is selected for analysis.Its main products are crushing and conveying equipment for bulk materials.Based on the analysis of M Company’s competitive strategy,we made a very in-depth exploration of some mining machinery competitive strategies that meet the actual situation of the domestic market and have a strong foresight,and learned from the mature strategic models adopted by the international outstanding enterprises to further enhance the competitiveness of domestic mining machinery enterprises in the international and domestic markets.This article focuses on the in-depth analysis of some internal and external environments of M Company,and then finds some advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise itself,as well as opportunities and threats of the external environment,so as to find out the strategies that the enterprise may adopt,help the enterprise to obtain the enterprise competitive strategy plan that meets its actual development,and make M Company have a more solid position in the market as far as possible.The article has inquired a lot of information,and has conducted in-depth communication and exchange with the management of M Company.The important theoretical basis used in the in-depth exploration of strategic management mainly includes the internal environment analysis and external environment analysis of the enterprise.For the specific application level of the basic theory,the PEST analysis method is mainly used to make a very comprehensive analysis,At the same time,combined with the score assignment made by M Company,it is finally clear what kind of efficient strategy should be adopted for the competitive strategy that best conforms to the actual development situation of the enterprise,to help some domestic mining machinery enterprises of the same type formulate and adopt competitive strategies,with a view to providing successful strategic reference and scheme reference. |
