With the increasing support from the government for small and micro enterprises and the lowering of the threshold for agency accounting institutions,the scale of the domestic agency accounting industry is constantly increasing,and relying solely on agency accounting business is becoming increasingly uncompetitive in the market.J Financial Service Company,as a small and micro enterprise that has long adopted a centralized strategy and focused on the daily simple bookkeeping business of small and micro enterprises in the trade and manufacturing industries,under the dual competitive pressure of market and technology,it urgently needs to develop a reasonable and effective enterprise strategy to promote strategic transformation and accelerate development.Taking J Financial Services Company as an example,this paper studies its strategic transformation based on the theory of enterprise strategic transformation,and expounds the purpose and practical significance of strategic transformation.Firstly,the current situation of J Financial Services Company was introduced,and the problems and reasons for the company’s existing strategy were summarized.The external environment and internal environment of the company were analyzed.Secondly,using the SWOT analysis method,analyze the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats of J Financial Services Company,and then comprehensively compare different strategic combinations of SWOT.It is recommended to choose differentiated strategies for strategic transformation.Finally,the strategy and implementation approach for J Financial Services Company to implement differentiation strategy are elaborated,and the necessary safeguard measures for implementing this strategy are also clarified.The conclusion of this article is drawn through research:firstly,more and more enterprises in the agency accounting industry no longer rely on agency accounting business,but rely on agency accounting to develop into other related enterprise management businesses and increase their market competitiveness.Secondly,the competitive strategy transformation of small and micro enterprises in the accounting agency industry needs to be based on their own business situation,refer to innovative business models in the industry,and combine the development opportunities and risks of the industry to choose a suitable competitive strategy for their own development.Thirdly,after matching appropriate competitive strategies,enterprises also need to establish guarantee measures in four aspects:corporate vision and culture,human resources,customer service,and risk control,to ensure the efficient implementation of strategic transformation.At present,many small and micro accounting agencies in China are facing market elimination,and there is an urgent demand for how to seize market opportunities and improve internal business capabilities.The research process and conclusions of this article provide practical and feasible strategic transformation strategies and paths for J Financial Services Company’s own development,and provide reference for the strategic transformation of other small and micro enterprises in the accounting agency industry.
