With the high-quality development of China’s economy and the continuous advancement of digitalization,enterprises are facing major changes.Under the dual pressure of work and life,the employees of the enterprise move forward under the pressure of work and life,which greatly affects their happiness index.The huge pressure from work and life has a great impact on the health of employees,and reduces the happiness of employees,but,as a relatively stable state-owned enterprise,is also facing current problems,which also makes the work results of employees less than ideal.This article explores the role of service-oriented leadership on employee well-being.Based on the use of literature research methods,it achieves an accurate analysis of research results related to service-oriented leadership,self-efficacy,digital transformation commitment,and employee well-being,and took the resource conservation theory as the cornerstone of the research,and established the corresponding model.A questionnaire survey was carried out on 229 employees of the company’s subordinates by means of a questionnaire survey.Based on the recovery of relevant questionnaires,an effective analysis of the relationship between variables was achieved by means of empirical research,thus confirming the relevant hypotheses.In addition,based on related research,the final conclusions are obtained:(1)The behavior of service-oriented leadership will have an important role in employee well-being;(2)Self-efficacy and digital transformation commitment have a significant role in the impact of service-oriented leadership and employee well-being(3)Self-efficacy and digital transformation commitment have a sequential mediating effect between service-oriented leadership and employee well-being.In view of the above analysis results,in order to enhance the role of servant leadership on employee well-being,and make the influence of servant leadership greatly improved,and ultimately guide enterprises to improve employee well-being,this study puts forward suggestions on four aspects:cultivating servant leadership,improving self-efficacy,paying attention to digital transformation commitment and paying attention to employee mental health.
