| On the one hand,the global economic development and technological integration have brought unprecedented opportunities to the manufacturing industry,but at the same time,they also put forward higher requirements for the development of the manufacturing industry,bringing more severe challenges.On the other hand,since 2020,the epidemic has been raging all over the world.Enterprises have put forward higher requirements for the stability of the supply chain,and the requirements for product delivery date even exceed the cost.In addition,the impact of the Russian Ukrainian crisis in 2022 on the supply chain has further increased,which further highlights the overall importance of product delivery date.The previous competition between enterprises was mainly the competition of cost and quality.At this stage,enterprises have joined the global competition,and the competition is growing.At the same time,with the continuous improvement of the technical level of each enterprise and the consistent brand,the product quality level has been almost the same.More customers have paid more attention to the delivery date than before,and the delivery date has become a magic weapon for enterprises to win.The competition between enterprises has changed from quality and cost to the competition between delivery dates.This dissertation mainly takes R Company as the research object,aiming at the small and medium-sized enterprises such as R Company,which have the production mode of coexistence of standard products and customized products,small batch and order type,by learning and referring to the research theories of such enterprises at home and abroad,and combining the actual situation of the enterprises in which the author works,this dissertation analyzes the problems such as the long standard delivery date,the delay in delivery date and the delay in delivery date of non-standard customized products,From the aspects of demand forecast,inventory management,procurement management and production management,we can find out the underlying reasons for the delay of delivery date,such as inaccurate demand forecast,unreasonable inventory management,long procurement cycle,and non-standard production organization and process.Through the analysis of each link of the company,this dissertation extracts the main factors that affect the delivery date:demand,inventory,procurement and production.These links have the greatest impact on the delivery date.Using the modern management related theories learned,we can improve each link,improve the accuracy of demand forecast,reasonably improve inventory,shorten the procurement cycle,optimize the organizational structure,improve the production process,and realize the optimization of the delivery date of R Company,Shorten the delivery time and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.There are many delivery time problems encountered by small and medium-sized enterprises similar to R Company in China.It is hoped that the research on R Company can help the growth of similar enterprises and improve the level of delivery time. |
