| Under the function of economic globalization and Internet information technology,the effective integration of information technology and economy has become the key to high-quality development of Chinese economy.The development of "Internet+" modern agriculture applies Internet information technology to every process of agricultural production and operation.Through the transformation of information transmission,sales channels,logistics distribution and other aspects of agricultural production,agricultural production becomes intelligent,scientific and information,thus opening a new model of agricultural development.At present,"Internet+" modern agriculture has become the only way to strengthen farmers and benefit farmers,increase farmers’ income,and further narrow the gap between urban and rural areas.Hunan,as a traditional agricultural province,ranks the forefront in the production of rice,corn,sweet potato and other crops for a long time.The development of modern agriculture is not only related to the optimization and upgrading of agricultural industry.It is one of the basic premises to ensure the people’s life and long-term stability in the region.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the development of modern agriculture in Hunan Province under the background of"Internet+".This paper is divided into six parts.On the basis of literature review,this paper analyzes the related concepts and theories of modern agriculture research under the background of "Internet+",analyzes the development basis of modern agriculture in Hunan Province by using the collected data,and obtains the development status of modern agriculture in Hunan Province under the background of "Internet+" by using the questionnaire survey.The entropy method was used to evaluate the development level of modern agriculture in Hunan Province under the background of "Internet+".In summary,the problems existed in the development of modern agriculture in Hunan Province were concluded,namely,the lack of management mechanism,the slow development of infrastructure,the lack of logistics and warehousing pace,the imperfect business model and the imperfect training mechanism of professional talents.Based on the characteristics of the "Internet+" background,specific countermeasures are put forward in five aspects of the development strategy planning of modern agriculture in Hunan Province,infrastructure construction,logistics and warehousing construction,business operation model improvement,and professional talent team expansion. |
