| For every enterprise,human resources are the core competitiveness.For ocean transportation enterprises,seafarers are the core talents,the main front-line employees and important production factors.ZJ Ship Management Co.,Ltd.is a service enterprise that provides comprehensive shore-based support and technical support for ships,as well as ocean-going seafarers’ management.Since its establishment,the company has been specialized in the field of ship management and ocean seamen management,with professional management personnel and its own team of seamen.However,there are many problems in the compensation management of ocean seamen over the years: Fixed salary management mode,pay system is not scientific,pay daily management system is not sound,always on the seafarers’ compensation standard ball,seamen’s incentive mechanism is not perfect,highly skilled and professional personnel of social security is not enough,so the loss of seafarers,compensation management,in the face of market competition gradually appear negative impact.In the process of work,seafarers’ positive ambition,execution and professional standards affect the benefit of the whole voyage operation.Compensation management for each enterprise human resources management is the important management project,not only meet the demand of the daily life of employees,but also for staff training,motivation and supervision and so on,in the seafarers management,scientific compensation management can make a line of seafarers every post responsibility and value to the optimal,but also to ship lead and the effective management of enterprise managers,So as to promote the sustainable and steady development of enterprises.Based on the theory of salary management,this paper takes ZJ Ship Management Co.,Ltd.as the research object,analyzes some problems existing in the current sailor’s salary management of the enterprise.Through the modern concept of salary management and human resource management,combined with the current development status of the enterprise,the existing salary management plan is improved more scientifically,reasonably and operatively from the actual situation.Implement the concept of comprehensive compensation management,broadband compensation structure design,increase the strength of performance appraisal,increase non-monetary welfare expenditure and so on.The improved scheme effectively motivates seafarers to work on the ship,improves their work performance,and makes seafarers feel fairer about salary management,so that they have a sense of recognition and belonging to the enterprise and create greater profits for the enterprise.Finally,this paper also put forward safeguard measures for the implementation of seafarers’ salary management scheme,so as to better let seafarers’ salary management into practice. |
