Research On The Development Status And Countermeasures Of Red Pepper Industry In Huai’an City,jiangsu Province

Agricultural industrialization is to promote agricultural development by means of science and technology.Agricultural industrialization is the adoption of specialized management mode,intensive management mode instead of decentralized management mode,to promote the market competitiveness of products and the continuous improvement of the level of rural economic development.In recent years,the Huai’an government has attached more importance to the development of red pepper industry in Huai’an City,Huai’an City Government comprehensive use of a variety of macro-control means to promote the development of red pepper industry.Because of the constraints of backward management and non-uniform standards,the pepper industry in Huai’an has not been able to make breakthrough progress.Based on this,this paper systematically studies and analyzes the development of the pepper industry in Huai’an,identifies the problems,finds solutions,and hopes to bring new ideas and references to promote the development of the red pepper industry in Huai’an.This paper takes the development of red pepper industry in Huai’an City as the main content of the study,uses the literature method and field research method to analyze the basic situation and the current situation of the industry development,analyzes the main problems and causes of the current development of red pepper industry in Huai’an City,Jiangsu Province,and further proposes countermeasures for the development of red pepper industry in Huai’an City,Jiangsu Province.This peaper analyzes the advantages of the red pepper industry in Huai’an and its defects,draws on the successful experience of other regions in the development of specialty vegetable industry,and finally proposes targeted industrial development countermeasures with local characteristics centered on relevant geographical indications to provide some theoretical support and directional guidance for the sustainable development of the red pepper industry in Huai’an.This paper finds that the development of red pepper industry in Huai’an City,Jiangsu Province in the four aspects of industrial planting,acquisition and storage,processing and sales,and market development have some degree of problems.Based on the AHP method,this paper analyzes the development of red pepper industry in Huai’an City,Jiangsu Province from the aspects of economic benefits,ecological benefits,social benefits,and technical security.In order to better solve the problems found in the article,this paper proposes countermeasures to improve the development of red pepper industry in Huai’an City,Jiangsu Province from four aspects:improving the technical level of red pepper industry planting,enhancing the acquisition and storage capacity of red pepper industiy,strengthening the processing and marketing capacity of red pepper industry,and expanding the market development channels of red pepper industry.
