Research On The Influence Mechanism Of Resource Action On The Performance Of Entrepreneurial Enterprises

Entrepreneurial enterprises coexist with high risk and high growth,and the resource scenarios they face are very complex.Especially in the early days of establishment,resources were severely scarce,and enterprises needed to take action to cobble together resources to break through constraints in order to survive.With the development of enterprises,entrepreneurial activities have higher and higher requirements for resource acquisition and utilization.Startups at different stages are in different resource scenarios,and only timely and targeted resource actions can create higher performance.Studying the influence mechanism of resource action on the performance of entrepreneurial enterprises can provide certain theoretical guidance for the survival and growth of enterprises.Firstly,considering the differences in resources and capabilities of entrepreneurial enterprises at different stages of development,this paper introduces service innovation capability as an intermediate variable based on resource action theory,and constructs a theoretical model of "resource action-service innovation ability-entrepreneurial enterprise performance".Secondly,this paper adopts the single-case study method and selects a typical representative enterprise Tuyuan as the case object.Semi-structured interviews and other methods were used to collect data,conduct data coding and analysis,and explore the influence mechanism between resource actions and enterprise performance at various stages of enterprise development.The study finds that enterprises adopt resource actions with different focuses on different development stages in order to achieve the survival and growth and performance improvement of entrepreneurial enterprises.In the start-up period,through the simple patchwork of limited resources,the sales of relatively single products,the formation of progressive service innovation capabilities,enterprises to achieve market survival.In the growth period,enterprises focus on effective management of resources and combine internal and external resources to create core products.The development capability of new products and services has gradually improved,and the ability to innovate new services has been advanced.Through the dual expansion of users and markets,business performance has been improved.In maturity,resource actions focus on the structuring and utilization of resources.Enterprises will effectively coordinate resources at different levels,focus on the layout of product ecosystems,and develop diversified industrial chains.By quickly sensing user needs and planning new products and services,and advancing to regenerative service innovation capabilities,the performance of entrepreneurial enterprises has been steadily improved.This paper applies the dynamic perspective to explore the influence mechanism of resource actions of enterprises at different stages on the performance of entrepreneurial enterprises,and combines the service innovation ability to supplement and improve the current theoretical research.In addition,the research conclusions provide a useful reference for entrepreneurial enterprises to achieve survival and development through resource actions,and then improve corporate performance.
