Against the backdrop of shrinking international market demand and increasing homogeneity of products,service enhancement and technological innovation have become the key path for manufacturing companies to break through vicious competition and climb to the high end of the value chain.Compared with technological innovation,the effect of service enhancement is still unclear.And unlike the manufacturing industry in Europe and the United States,which has a relatively high technical level and mature industries,China has not yet completely completed"industrialization".Technological innovation is still the most important way for China's manufacturing companies to establish competitive advantages,and service enhancement takes a secondary position[][].Whether a manufacturing company needs to pay attention to service enhancement depends on its direct impact on technological innovation and direct and indirect impact on corporate performance.Based on this,this article puts service enhancement,technological innovation and corporate performance into the same research framework,and discusses the core issue of "manufacturing enterprise service enhancement on the impact of technological innovation and corporate performance".Specifically,the study explores the following scientific issues:(1)What is the meaning of service enhancement in manufacturing companies and how does it affect corporate performance?(2)How does service enhancement in manufacturing companies affect technological innovation,and what role does technological innovation play between service enhancement in manufacturing companies and corporate performance?(3)How does environmental dynamics affect the relationship between service enhancement and manufacturing performance in manufacturing companies?variable is clarified,and the possible relationship between variables is discussed;secondly,the pre-test questionnaire is formulated and distributed,combined with the analysis results of the pre-test questionnaire Amendments are made to form a formal questionnaire for this article.Finally,based on the collected 342 valid questionnaires as samples,the research hypothesis was tested one by one by regression method and Bootstrap method.Through the above work,the following conclusions are finally drawn:(1)Service enhancement refers to the behavior of manufacturing companies to provide a series of services with the goal of enhancing product competitiveness or obtaining service value.According to the different nature of services,service enhancement can be divided into two types:service enhancement to support enterprise products and service enhancement to support customer behavior.(2)Different types of service enhancement have different effects on technological innovation and corporate performance.Among them,service enhancements that support enterprise products have an inverted U-shaped impact on both technological innovation and corporate performance,while service enhancements that support customer behavior have a significant positive impact on both technological innovation and corporate performance;(3)Technological innovation The relationship between enterprise performance plays a role of "bridge";(4)Environmental dynamics have no moderating effect on the relationship between service enhancement supporting enterprise products and enterprise performance,but positively regulate the relationship between service enhancement supporting customer behavior and enterprise performance.This research not only enriches the research related to the enhancement of manufacturing services,but also provides reference value for the strategic decision-making of manufacturing enterprise managers by exploring the core issue of "the impact of manufacturing service enhancement on corporate performance".
