Research On The Influence Of China’s Foreign Trade On The Optimization Of Industrial Structure Under The New Development Pattern

The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee proposed to build a new development pattern with the domestic cycle as the main body and the international and domestic dual cycles promoting each other is of extremely important and far-reaching significance for improving the level and quality of China’s economic development.It plays an important role in optimizing China’s industrial structure and adjusting industrial production factors.According to the research idea of ??theory-empirical-countermeasures,using Chenery time series analysis,co-integration analysis and impulse response and other quantitative analysis methods,this paper focuses on the impact of China’s foreign trade structure on the optimization of industrial structure.The main body of this paper consists of six parts.The first part sorts out various researches on this issue at home and abroad,and finds that there are few studies on the optimization of industrial structure by foreign trade structure;It lays a theoretical foundation for the analysis of this paper;the third part introduces the current situation and problems of China’s current foreign trade structure and industrial structure development: in terms of foreign trade structure,the development of goods trade structure and service trade structure is unbalanced,and China ’s import and export mainly rely on In terms of trade in goods,the development of trade in services is relatively lagging behind.In terms of industrial structure development,the three industries have not formed a benign interaction,the internal development of the tertiary industry is unbalanced,and the sophistication of the secondary industry needs to be further improved;the fourth and fifth parts analyze foreign trade from two theoretical and empirical perspectives,respectively.The analysis of the impact mechanism and effect of structure on the optimization of industrial structure shows that in the short term,trade in goods and trade in services both promote the upgrading of industrial structure,but in the long run,the degree of optimization of industrial structure by trade in services relative to trade in goods is more significant;the sixth part is the countermeasures and suggestions,China should increase the proportion of emerging service trade in the overall trade;make rational use of the policy advantages of the new development pattern,and give full play to the optimization effect of foreign trade structure on industrial structure;At the same time,promoting the development of strategic emerging industries,high-tech industries,and knowledge-intensive industries is the direction of China’s next industrial adjustment;the seventh part is the conclusion and prospect of this paper.This research provides ideas and methods for how to adjust the foreign trade structure to promote the optimization of the industrial structure under the new development pattern,so as to achieve high-quality economic development in China,and has certain practical significance.
