A Study Of Fintech Project Management Of City Commercial Bank H

The global COVID-19 pandemic continues to evolve.Most foreign economies are in a downturn,while China’s economic recovery remains unstable and unbalanced.In the face of the huge challenges brought by the complex and severe economic environment,such as "quality asset scale reduction","continuous reduction of fees and profits" and "stricter regulation",fintech has become an important means to break the current situation of the banking industry.State-owned Banks,joint-stock Banks have set up digital center to implement financial science,technology research and development.But as a third tier city domestic banking businesses,late start,the strength is relatively weak,most also used in the traditional model of the construction of information technology to implement the financial demand of science and technology,financial technology problems encountered in the process of project construction.Based on this,this paper takes H,a representative of the city commercia banks,as the research object,takes Project Management Knowledge as the theoretical basis,to analyse the status quo of the financial technology of H and the whole implementation process of specific financial technology projects.We found that "organization structure","process management" and "talent construction" are the root causes through research on fishbone diagrams.On the basis of the advanced experience of interbank,combining with the characteristics of H’s own management and business development strategy,we put up with H city financial science & technology project management optimization proposal and surpporting measures,in order to improve the fintech project management of H.The conclusion of this paper has certain guiding significance for the development of fintech in other similar city banks.
