In recent years,financial technologies such as big data,blockchain,artificial intelligence,cloud computing and Internet of things have been widely used in commercial banks.The upgrading and development of financial science and technology and the further application of it in commercial banks are completely changing the mode of operation and management of commercial banks.It is inevitable that many posts will be replaced and integrated,and new business posts will generate new demand for talents,the change of efficiency,post substitution and job remolding will make the relationship between human resources allocation and management system of commercial banks change fundamentally.Based on the forward-looking analysis of the impact of Internet finance on Commercial Banks,accurately and unerringly judge the extent,scope and position of its impact on the human resources of commercial banks,and make a well-in-advance response,which is conducive to the employees’ clear direction of struggle,drawing a good career,adding knowledge in time,maintaining social stability,is also conducive to commercial banks in accordance with its development strategy,optimize the allocation of human resources,promote the core competitiveness of commercial banks continue to improve.In-depth study of financial technology development on the impact of human resources allocation of commercial banks,early distribution of human resources reform objectives and management model,it is necessary for managers to turn the influence of financial technology on human resources of commercial banks into the driving force of reform and development.In this paper,the author analyzes the impact of financial technology environment on the number of Traditional Commercial Bank personnel,personnel posts and personnel structure,in the study to SX Bank L branch as an example,this paper analyzes the influence of the development of Internet finance on the allocation of human resources,and probes into the countermeasures and paths for optimizing the allocation of human resources.Against the background of the prevalence of financial technology,the competition among banks and other financial institutions is becoming increasingly fierce,especially for small and medium-sized commercial banks,which are facing enormous development pressure.Human Resources,as the core strategic resources of commercial banks,the level of its allocation efficiency will directly affect the overall operating efficiency and the growth ability,through the research analysis SX bank l branch financial technology to its human resources allocation influence,and the analysis countermeasure,to promote the effective utilization of human resources allocation,promote the improvement of human resources allocation mechanism,improve the performance of internal management,enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.
