Xinjiang Foreign Trade High Quality Development Level Evaluation And Optimization Path Research

With the deepening of opening-up,it has become an irreversible trend of the world economy.In order to accelerate the cultivation of new advantages in trade competition and promote high-quality development of trade,The State Council has issued the guidelines on promoting high-quality development of trade.The guidelines point out that by 2022,indicators,policies,statistics and performance evaluation of high-quality development of trade will be established to achieve high-quality redevelopment of China’s trade Exhibition.As the core region of "One Belt and One Road",Xinjiang is located in the hinterland of Eurasia,connected with the mainland of China in the east and eight neighboring countries in the west.It has a superior geographical location and is an important gateway for China to open to the west,and its trade status is self-evident.The purpose of this paper is to study the high-quality development level of Xinjiang’s foreign trade in the era of economic globalization and regional economic integration,and optimize the outside of Xinjiang Trade high-quality development path,so as to achieve the purpose of promoting Xinjiang’s foreign trade high-quality development into the "double cycle" new development pattern.+The idea of high quality development in Xinjiang’s foreign trade indicates that China’s economy is shifting from the stage of rapid growth to the stage of high quality development.In this paper,the high quality and heavy development level of foreign trade in Xinjiang is taken as the main research object by the method of weighting,and the evaluation index system of high quality development of foreign trade is established,including the innovation dimension,the economic base dimension,the coordination dimension,the opening dimension and the green development dimension.The development level of Xinjiang’s high quality and heavy development in the five northwestern provinces is measured by the calculation model.The results show that the high quality and heavy development of foreign trade in Xinjiang shows an upward trend in a nearly linear state,with an overall growth rate of 6.67%.The development momentum is good,but it also shows a periodic fluctuation and slowing down.At the same time,the overall level of high quality and heavy development of foreign trade in Xinjiang is in the middle position among the five provinces in Northwest China.Although there is still a gap between Xinjiang and the highest level,the score of Xinjiang is improving at a high speed,showing great potential for development.On the other hand,this paper explores the main influencing factors for the high-quality development of foreign trade in Xinjiang by using grey correlation degree analysis.The results show that the opening dimension has the greatest influence,followed by the green development dimension and the innovation dimension has the least influence.+In view of the problems summarized in the above analysis,such as the transformation of old and new driving forces between economic drive and open drive,weak innovation driving force,poor internal coordination of trade and import structure,and insufficient stability and competitiveness of green friendly exhibition,it is proposed that the optimization and upgrading of foreign trade foundation should stimulate the economic promotion of Xinjiang’s foreign trade high quality and promote the new trade with the improvement of trade service level Xinjiang’s high-quality foreign trade innovation and upgrading,with the upgrading of industrial structure to lead Xinjiang’s high-quality foreign trade remanagement and adjustment of development,with green trade to promote Xinjiang’s high-quality green development of foreign trade and new power development to promote Xinjiang’s high-quality foreign trade development momentum transformation and other optimization paths.Finally,through continuous cultivation of new advantages in trade competition,Xinjiang will be improved in the five northwest provinces in the development of high-quality foreign trade,and improve the level of high-quality development of Xinjiang’s foreign trade."...
