| In the 21 st century,with the deepening of reform and opening up and the reform of enterprise management modes,cultural management has gradually become one of the core methods of enterprise management and the cornerstone of enterprise development and growth.However,the existing corporate culture in many enterprises cannot effectively penetrate into the level of grass-roots staff,which leads to the loss of the soil for the development of corporate culture.Based on the full investigation of the current situation of the corporate culture identity of the grass-roots staff of Shanghai XLY Medical Equipment Ltd.(XLY for short),this thesis formulated a plan to improve the corporate culture identity of the grass-roots staff,aiming to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the improvement of the corporate culture identity of the grass-roots staff of XLY.Based on the cultural identity theory and cultural identity development theory,this thesis collects relevant data by questionnaire and employee interview with the theme of improving the corporate culture identity of the grass-roots staff of XLY.Through the statistics and analysis of the obtained data,it is found a series of problems,such as the grass-roots staff have low overall recognition of the existing corporate culture,do not understand the glorious history and exemplary figures of the corporation,do not agree with their personal values and corporate values,do not actively integrate into the corporate culture construction activities,and do not have a strong sense of belonging to the corporation.In view of the obtained problems,the identity enhancement plan is formulated from the two dimensions of individual and organizational factors.Take corporate culture as the first standard for recruitment,publicize the deeds of outstanding people,optimize the promotion mechanism,create fair salary performance,improve medical characteristic brand,create excellent department subculture,improve communication channels and optimize the existing training system for grass-roots employees,so as to improve the corporate culture identity of grass-roots employees in all aspects,so as to internalize and externalize them.In order to improve the effective implementation of the scheme,corresponding safeguard measures are proposed from external and internal dimensions such as organizational structure,system optimization and team building.Finally,summarizes the full thesis and looks forward to the future.The successful implementation of the corporate culture of XLY grass-roots staff,internally,will greatly improve the mental of grass-roots staff,enabling them to identify with the corporate culture from the heart and solve the technical and management problems from the spiritual level.Externally,this thesis can also play a role of model reference,and provide useful enlightenment for similar enterprises to improve the corporate culture identity of grass-roots staff. |
