| At present,China’s economic and social development is in a critical period of transition.In order to implement the spirit of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,promote common prosperity,and play a more important role of state-owned capital in economic development,state-owned enterprises need to further deepen reform.According to the different roles they play in economic and social development,state-owned enterprises can be mainly classified into public welfare state-owned enterprises,specific function state-owned enterprises and general commercial state-owned enterprises.The orientation of public welfare state-owned enterprises is mainly based on public welfare,not for profit,to achieve the government’s public policy objectives.The public welfare state-owned enterprises are still in the early stage of development.The market positioning and management mode of the companies are unusual.In order to improve the management level of public welfare state-owned enterprises,it is very important for the development of public welfare state-owned enterprises to create a corporate culture with a high sense of identity.Therefore,this paper aims to explore the role of corporate culture construction based on cultural identity in the management of public welfare state-owned enterprises.This paper takes RCAJ Group,a public welfare state-owned enterprise,as the research object.Through the analysis of key events such as enterprise background,development status and strategic environment,this paper summarizes the development mode,system and characteristics of the company in the past six years.Then,using research methods such as interview and questionnaire survey,combined with relevant theories such as strategic management,corporate culture and corporate culture identity,this paper deeply analyzes the characteristics of corporate culture of RCAJ Group,clarifies its attributes,characteristics and cultural factors,refines and sorts out the existing corporate culture elements,and works out a preliminary plan for the construction of corporate culture.Then,the questionnaire is designed through the enterprise culture construction scheme,and the data analysis and processing of the questionnaire results are carried out to obtain the employees’ identification with the enterprise culture construction scheme.Then,according to the analysis results of the questionnaire,the enterprise culture construction scheme is optimized in a targeted way,and the enterprise culture scheme with the identity is finally obtained.Through the in-depth analysis of the culture of public welfare state-owned enterprises,RCAJ Group,this paper provides a new practical and theoretical reference for the formulation of the enterprise culture construction plan based on cultural identity of public welfare state-owned enterprises,and provides a fresh typical case for the study of the culture of public welfare state-owned enterprises in China.And research and dig out the construction of this kind of corporate culture for the operation of public welfare state-owned enterprises,development,reform played some positive role. |
