Research On The Development Model Of Globel Tourism Spatial Resources In Urban Fringe Areas

With the rise of mass tourism era,China’s tourism industry has entered a new stage of development.The form of tourism consumption has changed from the traditional scenic spot sightseeing and ticket economy to leisure vacation and immersive experience,the travel mode of tourists has changed from team travel to self driving and self-help travel,and the tourism space has changed from scenic spot tourism to destination tourism.At the same time,the restriction of leisure time and the physical and mental fatigue caused by long-distance tourism have increased the demand of tourists for short-term,short-distance and surrounding travel.This change in demand is in line with the important trend of China’s urban spatial development to expand to urban fringe areas.However,different from the relative perfection of the tourism development system in the urban core area,there are a series of problems in the tourism development at the edge of the urban area,such as low-end fragmentation and insufficient infrastructure.Therefore,it is particularly important to explore a scientific,systematic and sustainable tourism development model suitable for the urban fringe.In order to cope with the changing trend of tourism consumption demand,global tourism fundamentally finds a new concept and model of tourism development that embodies Chinese characteristics,reflects the changing trend of the market and follows the law of industry development.The proposal of global tourism is not only to alleviate the contradiction between tourism supply and demand,but also to provide a new way to comprehensively deepen the supply side reform strategy,which can meet the escalating tourism and leisure experience needs of tourists.However,as an emerging concept with Chinese characteristics,the research on the relevant theories of global tourism is still in the exploratory stage,the relevant policies and regulations need to be further improved,and the relevant practical exploration will also have shortcomings and deficiencies.The theoretical basis and development model suitable for the development of global tourism spatial resources in urban fringe areas need to be further explored.Therefore,based on the relevant theories of urban and rural planning,geography,economics and tourism planning,and based on the relevant practical experience,this paper constructs a "one heart,three ends" development model with tourism products as the core,tourism space resources as the basis,tourism demand as the guidance,tourism supply responsible for operation management and providing services,which is suitable for the development of global tourism space resources in urban fringe areas,That is,the P-R·DS system development mode of global tourism development,and from the perspective of global overall planning,this paper designs the development mode of global tourism spatial resources from four aspects: spatial integration,operation management,information integration and capital integration,in order to provide experience and reference for the development and practical exploration of global tourism in urban fringe areas.Based on the innovation of global tourism development concept and development model,this paper takes Jiutai District of Changchun as an example for empirical research.Combined with relevant theoretical basis,questionnaire and relevant statistical data,this paper repeatedly analyzes and demonstrates the four system elements of products,resources,supply and demand,so as to clarify the logical development relationship of its development.This paper explores the practical application value of the development model of global tourism P-R·DS system in the development of global tourism spatial resources in Jiutai District,and puts forward new models and ideas suitable for the development of global tourism spatial resources in Jiutai district.
