| As the demonstration of urban and rural areas, Chengdu now has established a strategic goal of building a modern garden city of the world. How to realize the true center of the city with the edge of the harmonious development of towns and villages has been the key problem. Wanchun town located in north of Wenjiang district which is the preferential area of Chengdu city. So, the research of industrial development of Wanchun down has great practical significance and practical significance. The surrounding towns in Chengdu have formed an international leisure tourist area concluding Longchi, Dan Xianghu eco-tourism resort, Longquan Mountain Forest and other tourist areas. As an important part of the northern town in Wenjiang, Wanchun town owns good ecological, natural resources and unique historical and cultural resource. How to establish its own development model and select different way to develop its own industry is what the article cares about.The article’s opinion is that, Wanchun town owns unique tourism resource and cultural resource, but except the theme park of Guosetianxiang, it’s also a virgin place to develop its tourism industry. And the relevant industry of tourism has not been a scale. According to the SWOT analysis of Wanchun’s tourism development, advantages outweigh the disadvantages and the opportunities outweigh the challenges in the process of development of Wanchun’s tourism.With the development of our country’s holiday economy, the individual travelling market and the business travelling market will continue to provide the market basis to the Wanchun’s tourism industry. The tourism development mode of Wanchun town could be the way to develop the base of theme park, rural tourism resort featuring tourist town and tourist reception center in western Sichuan relying on its natural resource endowments, transportation industry. The overall development strategy of Wanchun town could be the linkage strategy of the first and third industry. the formation of the first industrial upgraded the quality of the landscape ecological base, the formation of the third industry upgraded the theme entertainment industry and holiday village at the core of the modern service system.Logical structure of this paper consists of three parts:The first part is the introduction part. The article describes the basis, significance, and through the literature review of relevant research at home and abroad to establish Perspective articles and research framework.The second part is the part of the basic theory. Base on the theory of urban fringe and the concept of tourism small town, we have the theoretical support for the article.Part III:The analysis of tourism industry of Wanchun town. From the angle of the industry structure and industry chain, the article introduced the basic situation of the town’s foundation and the development of the tourism industry of the town.Part IV:SWOT analysis of tourism industry’s development of Wanchun Town. The author hackles and conducts a comprehensive evaluation of the use of tourism resources of Wanchun Town while using the method of SWOT analysis to analyse the town’s tourism industry.Part V:The select of tourism industry development mode of Wanchun town. The author establishes the tourism industry development mode mainly from the analysis of the competing point of view on the urban fringe through the small towns’tourism development model summarized.Part VI:Development strategy and recommendations of tourism industry of Wanchun Town. This paper presents the overall industrial development strategy and specific industry development strategy for the town. In the aspect of overall development strategy, proposed a joint development strategy of the first and the third industry combined with existing industrial resources and economic development. In the aspect of specific development strategy, proposed the strategy of developing the theme entertainment industry, transit services, the rural tourism and the creative holiday flower industry. |
