| The pharmaceutical industry is an important sector of the national economy,related to people’s physical and mental health,with strong rigid demand,and is a typical weak cycle industry.In the context of the outbreak of the COVID-19 in 2020 and fierce international competition,S Pharmaceutical Company has a huge competitive pressure to improve its technological innovation efficiency,enhance its competitiveness in the pharmaceutical industry,and then can get better development in the fierce competitive environment.This paper selects S Pharmaceutical Company as the research object.First,through the period from 2010 to 2021,the DEA multi model is used to deeply analyze the development status of the enterprise’s technological innovation efficiency.The research results show that S Pharmaceutical Company is at a high level in terms of overall technological innovation efficiency.The development status is relatively stable in the early stage and fluctuates greatly in the later years,Its scale efficiency restricts the effectiveness of overall technological innovation to a certain extent.Secondly,the comparative analysis method was used to compare the technological innovation efficiency of 12 domestic pharmaceutical companies in 2021.Finally,regression analysis was conducted according to the influencing factors of S pharmaceutical company’s technological innovation efficiency.The research found that: the proportion of scientific researchers and practitioners,R&D investment,profit margin of assets,total assets and technological innovation efficiency were significantly positively correlated,while government subsidies were negatively correlated with technological innovation efficiency.By analyzing the improvement and promotion of S Pharmaceutical Company’s technological innovation efficiency,the research strategies and measures of this paper are proposed,so as to realize the improvement of S Pharmaceutical Company’s technological innovation efficiency... |
