At present,the economic development and the traditional energy crisis,with the problem of energy consumption caused by environmental pollution,global warming and depletion of resources,making the new energy clean and environmentally friendly advantages are prominent,the development and use of new energy has attracted worldwide attention,the development of new energy industry in more and more countries rose to national strategy."13th Five-Year" planning for the current shortage of conventional energy and environmental problems in China clearly put forward to the development of new energy industry is urgent.China's new energy industry started late and the technology level is low.The overall level of the new energy industry is relatively backward compared with that of the developed countries.Whether it is from the enterprise level or the industrial level,improving the technological innovation efficiency of the new energy industry is of great significance to the development of China's new energy industry.Based on the technological innovation efficiency of China's new energy industry listed companies,this paper calculates the technological innovation efficiency of New Energy Listed Companies in China and analyzes the influencing factors.Firstly,the related concepts of new energy,new energy listed companies and technological innovation efficiency are expounded,and the related theories of this research are sorted out.Efficiency analysis by BCC and Malmquist total factor productivity index model of 52 new energy selected listed companies during the 2011-2016 years of the data by combining static and dynamic,found that China's listed companies of the new energy technology innovation efficiency there is still much room for improvement and upgrade potential,the listed companies are still slow technological progress and scale the efficiency is low,the ratio of input and output and the input-output ratio does not match the best scale problems in technological innovation.Then this chapter can deal with censored data by constructing the Tobit regression model,from the two aspects of the external environment and internal structure to consider,to study the effects of the new energy listed companies selected factors of technological innovation efficiency of regional advantages,government support,such as enterprise scale,ownership concentration,management level and the nature of the enterprise and other 6 variables.The empirical results show that the efficiency of technological innovation are positively related to the level of ownership concentration and new energy listed companies,focused on the technical efficiency level of the company to enhance the visible new energy shares of listed companies has a significant role in promoting.There is a positive correlation between location advantage and enterprise scale and the efficiency of technological innovation.It indicates that the growth of GDP in the location of enterprises has a positive effect on the improvement of technological innovation efficiency of new energy enterprises.Government subsidies and the nature of enterprises are negatively correlated with the level of technology efficiency of new energy listed companies,and the impact of management costs of new energy listed companies on technological innovation efficiency is not significant.Finally,the new energy industry and its influencing factors of listed enterprise innovation efficiency results of the new energy enterprise technology innovation from the internal and external environment,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions aiming at the enterprise scale,ownership structure,corporate governance and the cultivation of talents,provide targeted and operational measures for new energy enterprises to improve the efficiency of technological innovation level.
