Research On The Development Level And Countermeasures Of The Integration Of Primary, Secondary And Tertiary Industries In Rural Areas Of Changsh

The integration of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industries is a necessary condition for the modernization and development of agriculture,and is likewise an important driving force to promote the transformation and upgrading of the agricultural industry.Integrating agriculture into the value chain of secondary and tertiary industries,improving the quality of agricultural development,stimulating the vitality of agricultural economic development,market competitiveness and multi-functionality of agriculture,and promoting sustainable development of agriculture.In view of the current situation of the integration development of rural one,two and three industries,based on the characteristics of the integration development of rural one,two and three industries,through the analysis of the extension of the agricultural industry chain in Changsha,the integration mode of agricultural multi-functionality and the impact of the integration of rural industries on urban-rural integration and farmers’ income,the evaluation index system of the level of the integration development of rural industries in Changsha is constructed,and the entropy value method and the coupling coordination degree are used to measure the level of the integration of rural industries in Changsha.The level of industrial integration in Changsha is measured by entropy value method and coupling coordination degree.The results show that the overall integration depth is growing year by year,the integration level is relatively stable,the coordination degree among the systems of rural industrial integration has changed from being on the verge of disorder to being barely coordinated,and there are still some constraints in the development process.On this basis,some of the problems in the integration of rural one,two and three industries in Changsha are still to be improved,the extension of agricultural industry chain is not enough,the support of various factors needs to be strengthened and the unbalanced development of urban and rural areas still exists.Based on the above analysis and sorting,we provide countermeasures and suggestions for the existing problems in five aspects: optimizing the extension of internal and external agricultural industry chains,deepening the expansion of various agricultural functions,promoting urban-rural integration and factor integration,playing government functions to promote coordinated development,and focusing on scientific and technological innovation to promote industrial integration.
