Study On The Level Measurement And Influencing Factors Of Rural Industrial Integration Development In Sichuan Province

Industrial revitalization is the top priority of rural revitalization,and the integration of rural industries is the key support to promote the high-quality development of rural industries.As a big agricultural province in Sichuan,rural industrial integration plays a vital role in solving the "three rural" problem under the background of rural revitalization and realizing industrial prosperity.To accurately grasp the development process of industrial integration and clarify its internal influencing factors is the key to scientifically promote rural industrial integration.Quantitative evaluation of the degree of rural industrial integration in Sichuan and empirical analysis of its internal influencing factors have important practical significance for promoting rural industrial integration in Sichuan.In this paper,we construct an indicator system to quantify rural industrial integration in Sichuan Province,utilizing eleven years of data from twenty-one cities and states in five economic zones.Employing the entropy method and coupled coordination model,Sichuan Province’s rural industry integration and the five economic zones are measured with the aim of optimizing regional economic redistribution and regional development coordination.Finally,we use the panel data fixed-effect model to complement the empirical investigation of the influential factors of rural industry convergence in Sichuan.After research,the main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The trend of rural industrial integration in Sichuan Province is good.The development level of rural industrial integration gradually develops from the low level in 2010 to the medium level in 2020,and the development degree increases year by year,showing a huge development potential.From the four dimensions of rural industrial integration,the internal regroup integration of agriculture and the infiltration integration of high technology to agriculture are at the medium and high level.Agricultural industry chain extension integration and agricultural function expansion integration are medium level,with large development space.(2)There are local differences in the development level of rural industrial integration in Sichuan Province,and the development is unbalanced.In terms of geographical spatial distribution,Chengdu Plain Economic zone with high economic development level has the highest development level of rural industrial integration,while Northeast and south Sichuan Economic Zone are higher than the average level of rural industrial integration in Sichuan Province.The integration degree of rural industry in Panxi Economic Zone and West Sichuan Ecological Economic Zone is low,but on the whole it is on the rise,and the development prospect is good.(3)Through empirical analysis,this paper studies the influencing factors of rural industry integration in Sichuan Province.The results show that: consumer demand of urban and rural residents,rural infrastructure and rural financial development level have significant positive effects on rural industry integration.(4)The consumption demand of urban and rural residents,rural land transfer,agricultural technology progress,rural infrastructure,rural environmental quality,rural human capital content and other factors have regional impacts on rural industrial integration.Based on the results of this paper,it is proposed that Sichuan province should extend the agricultural industry chain and expand the agricultural function.Focus on resource factors,improve factor supply system;Regional coordinated development,promoting the integration of rural industries and other three suggestions.
