Performance appraisal is an important part of modern human resource management discipline,which undertakes the important task of guiding the direction of enterprises.The corporate business of commercial banks has the advantages of high share,high comprehensive income and strong driving force.Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture,where the author lives,is one of the "three districts and three prefectures" deep poverty areas.The supporting role of commercial banks for corporate business is more obvious.The presidents in charge of corporate business of each sub branch(hereinafter referred to as "the president in charge of the princess")undertake a lot of marketing and customer service work.How to mobilize and stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative of these people is an important basis for ensuring the steady development of corporate business of Linxia Branch.This paper takes the presidents under the management of Princess in Linxia Branch of Agricultural Bank of China as the research object,under the guidance of target management theory,reinforcement theory and benchmarking theory,using research methods such as literature research and interview survey,analyzes the problems in the current performance appraisal scheme for the presidents under the management of Princess,and points out the problems in the current scheme in terms of index selection,weight distribution,assessment standards,implementation,communication and feedback,and results application,And the causes of its in-depth analysis.On this basis,combined with the relevant theories of performance appraisal,optimization strategies are proposed for the assessment content,implementation,communication and feedback,and the use of results.Finally,it sorted out the implementation steps of the optimization plan,identified the difficulties and key points in the implementation process,and formulated safeguard measures to ensure that the optimized performance appraisal plan was fully understood and implemented.The purpose of this paper is to fully stimulate the enthusiasm of grassroots banks for the work of the public service executive president through scientific and reasonable optimization of the scheme,so as to promote the steady development of corporate business of the whole bank.At the same time,it helped the management to re-examine the performance appraisal status of the whole bank,and promoted the performance appraisal of Agricultural Bank of China Linxia Branch to be more fair and effective.On this basis,it will provide reference programs for other local peers,promote the management level of banking financial institutions in Linxia to a higher level,and thus more effectively support the local economic construction.
