Research On Taxpayers' Satisfaction Information Management Platform's Operation Of Dongguan SAT

Taxation service is not only a vital core of the current tax system,but also a growing concern for the taxpayers and the social organizations.In order to understand the status of taxation service comprehensively and improve service measures,the taxation departments would tend to carry out the investigation of the taxpayers' satisfaction when they faced the problems exposed gradually in the taxation service.However,the traditional method of investigation has some limitations.As the result,it is hard to find out the shortcoming according to the evaluation results.Therefore,Dongguan SAT established the first taxpayers' satisfaction information management platform in Guangdong Province,which is based on the network technology,and hoped that it would enhance "soft environment" of the taxation service to improve the taxpayers' satisfaction of Dongguan SAT.This paper is focused on the taxpayers' satisfaction information management platform of Dongguan SAT.At first,it introduces briefly the current situation of the taxpayers' satisfaction of Dongguan SAT and points out the realistic demand of build information management platform.Next,it designs the functions and the evaluation system of taxpayers' satisfaction of the platform.Combined with the operation of the platform since 2016,it analyzes deeply some existing problems and puts forward the countermeasures and the suggestions to improve operating efficiency of the information management platform.
