The Research On The Three-levels Training Modes Of The Professional Skilled Personnel Of Railroad Based On Equipment Modernization

In the 21st century, the reform and development of economic society of China enters the crucial time, the railway transportation forms the bottleneck to the national economy development, which attracts the attention of the country. In 2003, the Railway Ministry proposed the strategic development plan of railway, the Chinese railroad starts to accelerate the course of railway modernization. The period of "the eleventh five years plan" is the crucial time to realize strategic development, in which the railroad will basically realize the technical equip modernization.However, the structure of the professional skilled personnel is unreasonable, especially the high professional skilled personnel is deficient, whose cultural specialized quality is not high , new equipment compatibility is worse, and cannot meet the need of the railway modernization. With the massive introduction of modernized equipment, we need to train the skilled personnel on the new technical, new equipment, new rules and new knowledge. Meanwhile, as the result of the reform, many schools which were owned by the Railway Ministry are now taken over by local government, how to make use of the training organization of ourselves and the society economically and effectively is an important question. So now the training modes of the professional skilled personnel of the railways we will set up has very strategic importance.According to the need of the macroscopic management of the Railway Ministry, the essay presents a general frame of the training mode of the professional skilled personnel in railway section which combines many training modes of the professional skilled personnel at home and abroad with the present situation of the railways. And then, it deals with the subjects, objects, needs, design, forms and ways of the training on the professional skilled personnel and gives a deep analysis to make the training mode more vivid and more concrete. Finally, according to the ISO10015 international training quality specification, the paper builds up a systematic and practical evaluation system of the training on the professional skilled personnel in railway section.
