Study On The Quality Of Coastal Tourism Service In Sanya Bay Based On IPA Analysis

Although in recent years,with the increase of people’s disposable income and leisure time,people’s demand for coastal tourism has also begun to increase.Young tourism groups are more inclined to choose distinctive tourism products and more experiential travel methods.Coastal tourism has gradually become their first choice for vacation and travel.For example,the Mediterranean region,the Caribbean region,the Oceania region and the Southeast Asia region have been the hot spots for people to travel before the epidemic,After the epidemic,Sanya,Shenzhen,Zhuhai,Xiamen,Dalian,Qingdao and other cities have become popular coastal tourism destinations.Coastal tourism is an important part of Sanya tourism.As the core area of the international tourism consumption center of Hainan Free Trade Port,Sanya is in urgent need of an international,dynamic and high-quality marine culture and art incubation platform,urban public service platform and coastal tourism innovation demonstration platform to create an image of coastal tourism and holiday at the city portal level in the face of the return of high-end outbound tourism consumption demand and the opportunity of iterative upgrading of coastal tourism demand,It is of great significance to study the service quality of coastal tourism in Sanya Bay.On the basis of summarizing the evaluation system of the coastal tourism service quality of experts and scholars,and combining the actual situation of Sanya Bay,this paper designs the evaluation system of the coastal tourism service quality of Sanya Bay,uses the IPA analysis method to evaluate the quality of the coastal tourism service in Sanya Bay,combs and finds out the problems in the quality of the coastal tourism service in Sanya Bay,and puts forward suggestions for improving the quality of the coastal tourism in Sanya Bay.The full text is divided into five parts.The first part mainly introduces the background,research significance,research content,research methods,research innovation and technical route of the topic.The second part defines the relevant concepts of coastal tourism and tourism service quality,introduces the evaluation methods of tourism service quality and domestic and foreign research summary.The third part introduces the current situation of coastal tourism development in Sanya Bay,and analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by Sanya Bay in the context of the construction of free trade port.The fourth part introduces the theoretical model,uses the methods of literature review and visitor interviews to determine the evaluation indicators,develops the questionnaire and carries out data analysis and IPA analysis to find out the problems in the quality of coastal tourism services in Sanya Bay.The fifth part,based on the results of data analysis,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving the quality of coastal tourism services in Sanya Bay,summarizes the research deficiencies and prospects for the future.Through empirical research on the quality of coastal tourism services in Sanya Bay,this paper combs out the problems of the quality of coastal tourism services in Sanya Bay,such as insufficient coordination of the planning of the Bay Area,non-standard operation and management of the Bay Area,lack of core tourism products,and imperfect supporting facilities.On the basis of learning from the experience of advanced coastal resorts,from strengthening overall planning,unifying the management and operation entities of the Bay Area,and cultivating new consumption hotspots,The optimization suggestions were put forward in terms of improving the infrastructure and supporting facilities,and suggestions were made for improving the quality and upgrading of coastal tourism in Sanya Bay.
