At this stage, the rapid promotion of social and economic level, not only to promote the process of urbanization and population expansion rate, but also lead to the increasingly serious ecological problems. The ecological environment is the foundation of human survival and development, the function and products of ecosystem, which is used to support the survival of mankind, are called ecosystem services. Evaluation of ecosystem services value has become an important means to master the trend of regional ecological environment change. Therefore, the study on the value of regional ecosystem services will help people to understand the value of the ecological environment, to provide the basis for policy makers to make scientific and reasonable environmental protection policy, and promote the sustainable development of the region. As a coastal tourist city, the typical research area of Sanya City, the ecological environment is an important tourist resource to attract tourists, so it has more important practical significance to study the value of ecosystem services.Based on remote sensing image data, the land use types in Sanya city in 2004,2009 and 2014 were extracted from remote sensing data. With the selected land use change index and structure of land transfer complex network model, the process of land use change in Sanya city in recent 10 years was analyzed. Then select the relevant evaluation indicators of ecosystem services function, combined with the regional characteristics, and construct the evaluation model of ecosystem services value, then the value of ecosystem services in Sanya city in 2004,2009 and 2014 are estimated. Based on the analysis of the evolution process of ecosystem services value from the change of space and time and structure change, the relationship between tourism development and ecosystem service value of Sanya city was discussed. Research results show that:(1) The average path length of the land system network in Sanya city in the period of 2004-2014 is increased. The intensity and scale of the change of land use decrease gradually, and the land system develop to the stable direction. In the change of the tourism land, the total area of the tourism land is increasing, and the expansion of the tourism land in different directions shows a significant imbalance, mainly concentrated in the two directions of the east and the south.(2) The total value of ecosystem services in Sanya city is declining in 2004-2014, from 1252.46×107 yuan/a to 1202.74×107 yuan/a. The value of per capita ecosystem service is the same as that of the overall service value. The change of the total value of ecosystem services in Sanya is mainly depended on the change of the area of forest land and garden land.(3) For the single ecological service function, the most valuable function of providing services is the production of organic matter. For different ecosystem types, the ecosystem service value of forest land and garden ecosystem is larger, and the ecosystem service value of the land and land is less.(4) Land use/cover change, ecosystem services value and tourism development affect each other, showing the interaction of the relationship among the three. The ecological environment plays an important role in the process of tourism development. Tourism development drives land use change in Sanya city. Land use change and the impact on the terrestrial ecosystem, ecosystem services value generated response changes. And the change of regional ecological environment will affect the tourist experience and tourism attraction, which is related to the sustainable development of tourism.In the future research, we should improve the accuracy of the evaluation of the ecosystem services and improve the accuracy of the basic data, so as to provide a scientific basis for the decision-making of the ecological environment construction in Sanya city.
