In recent years,the world economic situation has been turbulent and the energy crisis has become prominent.New energy research and development efforts have increased in our country,but the market share of gasoline engine vehicles has gradually decreased.With the development of Chinese machinery manufacturing industry,customers’ demand is constantly changing,personalized and high efficiency are the customer service standards.Shanghai M Company,which takes fuel engine machinery manufacturing enterprises as its main customers,is facing unprecedented challenges and crises under the current severe market economic situation.Shanghai M Company has some problems in customer service,such as lack of professionalism,untimely delivery of products,insufficient supplier management and weak customer management.How to improve and optimize in the new situation in order to cope with the current severe economic situation is an important issue to be solved by the company.In this present situation,the author of this paper selects Shanghai M Company as the research object.The methods of literature analysis,data analysis,comparative analysis and in-depth interview,are used in the paper.Meanwhile it focuses on the operation process of product services in the company’s operation management.The whole sales process including of pre-sale services,in-sale services and after-sale services is taken as the clue,the causes of the problems in the process of products and services is deeply studied,from the perspective of service supply,based on the principle of reducing waste,improving efficiency and customer relations,combining with the application of lean service,customer value and supplier management and other theoretical basis,according to the specific cause analysis results,the paper puts forward the lean service optimization measures of Shanghai M Company.The optimization plan for Shanghai M company is including of the training the professional skills of the company’s staff,the adjustment the internal management authority,the simplification of sales process,the strengthening of supplier management standards.Furthermore there is the implementation and evaluation of the optimization plan in the paper.In addition,this paper evaluates the implementation effect of the optimization scheme,clarifies the promotion and improvement of lean service optimization on operation management,and draws the research conclusion.The study of this subject is of great significance for M Company in Shanghai improves its competitiveness and promotes its vigorous and healthy development under the severe economic situation.
