| For many years,there has been no effective way to solve the problem of loss of agricultural products.With the development of society and the advancement of science and technology,people’s living standards are also constantly improving,and the demand for food is getting higher and higher,especially agricultural products,which not only need to be abundant in total and rich in variety,but more importantly,the quality of agricultural products needs to be excellent.This also shows the need to solve the problem of agricultural product loss.Among them,the pre-cooling and primary processing of the "first kilometer" of agricultural products is the key to reducing the loss rate of agricultural products and ensuring their quality.In order to solve this urgent problem,China has successively introduced a series of policies in recent years to support the primary processing of agricultural products,and make top-level design planning for this problem from the national policy level.In this context,Shanxi Province also clearly proposed in its "14th Five-Year Plan" modern logistics development plan: around the "South Fruit,Middle Grain,North Meat,East Medicinal Materials,West Dry Fruit",plan to build a number of agricultural product cold chain logistics bases with centralized procurement,cold and fresh primary processing and cross-regional distribution in agricultural product production areas.This thesis summarizes the relevant concepts of agricultural product cold chain logistics and the relevant theoretical methods of cold chain logistics base site selection,and uses them as the theoretical basis for the construction and solution of site selection model in this thesis.By selecting specific cases,taking Hongzhiyi Zhipingcang Crispy Pear Professional Cooperative in Yanhu District,Yuncheng City,Shanxi Province as an example,the current situation of cold chain logistics infrastructure in the production area of its existing agricultural product "Wang Guo Crisp Pear" was analyzed.The cooperative’s cold storage has problems such as small inventory capacity and single function,which can no longer meet the needs of the cooperative’s current and future development.At the same time,this thesis also analyzes the problems of building a cold chain logistics base in its place of origin,and the significance of building a cold chain logistics base.In this thesis,by constructing the kilometer-center of gravity method with the lowest total transportation cost,and using the iterative convergence method to solve and optimize it,the site selection problem of the cooperative’s construction of cold chain logistics base is solved,and combined with the actual conditions of the cooperative,the optimal location of the cold chain logistics base construction site is obtained,and corresponding construction opinions are given,in order to reduce the loss rate of agricultural products,improve the quality of agricultural products of the cooperative,and smoothly go out of the village and into the city. |
