Study On The Selection Of Agrochemical Service Organizational Structure Model In Medium-sized Fertilizer Enterprises

Since achieving a moderately prosperous society in all respects and winning the battle against poverty in 2020,the state has shifted the focus of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" to preventing the return to poverty and realizing the modernization of agricultural development,and promoted the connection between small farmers and modern agriculture.In order to achieve sustainable and high-quality agricultural development,the state attaches great importance to the reduced application of chemical fertilizers and other agricultural means of production to reduce the level of environmental pollution.Fertilizer enterprises run through the value chain of fertilizer research and development,production,sales and service,and are most familiar with the application effect of fertilizer products,which is conducive to obtaining feedback from farmers through agrochemical services,improving product formula,improving research and development technology,and enhancing fertilization efficiency.The technical guidance and training of agrochemical service personnel can make up for the shortage of labor force quantity and knowledge level,improve the agricultural production skills of small farmers,pay attention to the improvement of agricultural production efficiency,reduce environmental pollution,and enhance the competitiveness of fertilizer enterprises.However,at present,the position of agrochemical Service Department in medium-sized fertilizer enterprises is in the stage of exploration and transformation.There are some problems in practical work,such as low efficiency of cooperation and communication,the number of agrochemical service personnel is difficult to spread to the business scope of the company,the imbalance of interdepartmental performance assessment,and the lack of online operation platform.Therefore,taking medium-sized representative fertilizer enterprises as an example,it is particularly important to explore the selection of agrochemical service organization structure mode,solve existing problems and further strengthen the effectiveness of service organization.Taking medium-sized fertilizer enterprises as the research scope,Wuzhoufeng Agricultural Technology Co.,Ltd.was selected as the research object.Based on the theory of organizational contingency,the theory of value chain and the theory of "smile curve",and on the basis of investigating the current situation of the environment and agrochemical service organizational structure mode of medium-sized fertilizer enterprises,the subordinate mode,independent mode and outsourcing mode are selected as alternatives,and the advantages and disadvantages of the three modes are analyzed.Using interview method,Delphi method,questionnaire method and SPSS tool to screen influencing factors and collect data,select 4 first-level indicators and 14 second-level indicators,use analytic hierarchy process to build a hierarchical structure model,use Expert choice analytic hierarchy tool to determine the weight of indicators,and finally get the importance of influencing factors of all levels of indicator system.Identify the final alternative as the membership mode.The above research results confirm relevant theories and some scholars’ arguments.In order to better implement the membership mode and promote the effectiveness of the agrochemical service organizational structure of similar enterprises,Suggestions will be put forward from four aspects: establishing process management based on common goals,transforming the way of building agrochemical service teams,optimizing the way of staff assessment and performance indicators,and building a new model of "online + offline" agrochemical service.
