| With the development of economic globalization,China’s dairy enterprises are facing dual competition and pressure from domestic and foreign,and human resource management is increasingly exposed to the fierce competitive market environment.Performance appraisal,as one of the important elements of human resource management activities,is an effective control means for the implementation of business management activities and plays a very important role in enhancing the overall competitiveness of the company.YL company,as a dairy company with accelerated development,has chosen to use the key performance indicators appraisal method,however,there is still a gap between the effect achieved by performance appraisal and the expectation.This paper selects YL company’s supply assurance class employees as case analysts to find out the problems in its performance appraisal index development,appraisal process,and result application,etc.,and formulate improvement measures in a targeted manner,which is important for dairy enterprises to implement employee performance appraisal more scientifically,improve business management and promote long-term development of enterprises.This paper explains the background of this paper,the significance of the research and the current situation of domestic and international research.On the basis of learning theories and tools related to performance appraisal,we analyze and summarize the problems of performance appraisal management of YL company’s supply and security employees by using methods such as interview and questionnaire survey,and conclude that YL company’s supply and security employees do not have a high awareness of performance appraisal,performance appraisal indexes It is concluded that YL employees in the supply and security category do not have high awareness of performance appraisal,performance appraisal indexes are not scientific enough,performance appraisal communication is not smooth,and performance appraisal results are applied in a single way.The performance appraisal system of YL company’s supply and security employees will be continuously improved by strengthening performance appraisal awareness,scientific design of performance appraisal indexes,improving performance appraisal communication and feedback,and optimizing the application of performance appraisal results.Through this study,YL company’s employees’ personal development goals are effectively integrated with the strategic goals of the company,and the career development plan of employees is formulated according to YL company’s needs and employees’ abilities to improve the construction of talent ladder,stimulate employees’ work initiative,enthusiasm and creativity,promote continuous improvement and enhancement of employees’ performance,and promote the effective achievement of the organization’s strategic goals. |
